+ clock lets you know how much time left before washing is finished and tune when finished.

- the washer is very noisy, it will only spin at 1400 if you put it on a 90 degree wash. also i was not very happy ith your sevice as i had to put the washer in myself because the plumber would not do due to pipe not been long enought which none of this was stated at the time of purchase. I was also told I would be refunded but I have not.So no I am not happy with the washer or you.

+ I chose this product because it had most of the requirements I wanted. I especially like the fact that it has a very short wash programme, as well as a high spin feature and that all work independently.

- It is noisier than expected on the highest spin. The door doesn't open as far back as I assumed & would have preferred. Not overly keen on the 'jolly' little jingle it plays when it has finished - I keep thinking it is someone's mobile phone going off!

- Cant find emergency drain. The filter needs to be re-designed to catch pet furr etc. And loose fabric.The filter door is a bit tricky to get of,an elderly person would have problems taking it of.

+ Love the easy use of the buttons, good selection of programmes A lot quieter to my last machine. The count down display is great. Would recommend reading the short manual that comes with it. It tells you how to lock the keys (child lock). Large drum takes the load easily. Can't find any faults with it.

- Not always able to choose a 1400 spin depending on the programme chosen. Have found however, the 800 spin adequate and didn't feel the clothes were soaking wet.

+ Very good basic machine. I like the quick wash for lightly soiled items 37 mins. 1400 spin speed is also good. Handwash is a good feature. Like the choice of extra rinse feature.

- The soap powder draw is annoying. It is too easy to get soap powder into the softener resevoir. I would have liked the prewash feature to be available on all wash types.
