+ Excellent performance. Great for pet hairs. On auto suction moves from carpets to floors without readjusting, but if more suction is required, it is easy to re-adjust the suction power manually.Even coped with plastering and decorating debris.
Handy to have on/off switch on the handle.

+ Absolutely brilliant vacuum cleaner!! So easy to use and ergonomic. I love being able to change the suction and turn it off and on on the handle which is so much better for my back. I would definitely recommend it!

+ Quality product, very well designed, really quiet to use, suction is incredible. Found this after an extensive search and glad that I did. Much cheaper than the best selling brand in the UK and far superior ; was bought to replace an upright cleaner, and am finding the turbo brush to be effective at cleaning carpets. Particularly like the "remote" controls on the handle.

- None really. The dust container is a little on the small side, but very easy to empty and you get warned anyway so not really an issue.

- When using the cleaner in my Living Room, with the television on It changes the channels.

- Rather hefty for my wife but seems strongly made.
To maintain performance needs frequent filter cleans but they are easy to access.

+ Really nippy, easy to use. Very quiet, doesn't bother our two cats! The bin section clicks in/out effortlessly.
The brush head is really easy to remove hairs.

- Supposed to be good for wooden floors but has strange underside you flip between for carpet / hard floors by stepping on a button ... icon not obvious which one is for which! Hard floor version feels like it could be scratching the floor but it isn't. No rollers on the end (like Dyson) means that it's closer to the floor (good) but harder to move around - i find it quite an effort to push.

- Wheels appear to be a bit fragile. When extending the cable a marker to tell you just before it is fully extended would be useful, like my previous vacuum cleaner has. It was not as quiet as I thought and not as quiet as my previous one.

+ Bought this vacuum cleaner last month. Very quiet yet powerful suction, not too heavy, easy to empty the dust box. You can switch on/off & power control with the handle control also remove the blush bar of one of the blushes, which I only use, so you can remove hair, dust or pet hair completely!
Would recommend you to check with their website for detail. We are very pleased with this product.
