+ its awesome, looks good, good sound and battery life, cute, not too common like an ipod

- some aspects hard to use. when your scrolling through artists it takes forever you cant do it realy quickly like most other mp3 players.

+ Easy and clear menu,soft touch screen, only light pressure needed to change menu and screen,small enough to put into your pocket without bulging.lightweight and modern design.

- needs to come with case to protect the touch screen, as it is so light and slim it can easily be dropped.

+ small,fairly easy to use holds a lot of music.Designed so not easy to damage casing very easily

- headphone covers keep coming off.Headphone wires get tangled

+ Completely intuitive to use.

- So far ... none!

+ very simple to use music & video funtions

- Needs to have a protective case to avoid damage but these are easily available.
Could not get the Bluetooth file transfer to work.

+ Easy to use and handle. Sound quality is good. Menu is easy to understand and use.

- Still slightly bulky when in a pocket - maybe a clip would be a better idea to attach to clothing.

+ it's very easy to carry around, its very easy to use there's quite alot of things on there, it's sound is good,and the picture is clear.

- the only problem is when your walking round with it in your pocket the soft touch can sometimes change your song.

- The touch pad can be a bit unresponsive.

+ It was bought as a present and the recipient is very pleased with it. Very compact and lightweight.

- No mains charger, had to buy one. Also no case to protect it.
