Build quality; appearance; soft touch menu, help files.
-
Setting-up a bit fiddly - especially as paper copy of instructions had tiny, hard to read, text; overall picture quality is OK but quality/focus/sharpness of text is disappointing - spent ages adjusting various settings but still not great.

Excellent picture quality

There was no 'tilt' facility on the stand, so I was unable to find a comfortable viewing position without having to place a matchbox under the front of the stand.I think a variable viewing position should be a basic requirement, not an optional extra....subsequently I returned the monitor and have since bought another make and model which is a lot more comfortable to use. Having said that there was an option, with the Samsung monitor, to wall mount it, in which case the design of the stand wouldn't matter, and I'm sure it would be an excellent, reasonably priced choice.
