Looks good, if black suits your decor, and the image is excellent. Because it's larger than my old monitor it means I can have it a litle further away - which suits my eyesight. Worked straight out of the box and downloading the latest driver for Vista was easy. Because there are numerous picture adjustments that can be made this inevitably meant that I needed to read the instructions and learn what the buttons do before adjusting the settings to suit my personal taste. The contrast is excellent and I found I had to tone down the brightness of the white to make it easier to view.

Has dual inputs good for dual screening, or having a console hooked up like i do with my ps3, very good looking monitor. Really good quality for price and because its samsung you know you are getting great hardware.

As far as i know it isn't HD which maens if you do use it with a new console you are not gonna get the best image quality. Also it doesn't have HDMI ports or speakers soif you do want to hook it up to a console you will need adapters for the visual and sound.

Nice looking screen, but ...

Picture clarity just isn't as good as I've come to expect from Samsung and beause of the auto-set up the adjust buttons don't work in many instances. The wide screen is probably ok for gaming, DVD's etc but my main use is for email and documents and it's not quite there. The stand arrangement also seems quite flimsy to me, I would have expected something more robust and adjustable.

Gorgeous shape, just like the rest of the Samsung Pebble range, and pin point resolution. I would always go for this 20" 1680 x 1050 rather than the 22" at the same res! A great piece of kit for all applications.

The only slight quibble would be the manouverability of the screen itself.

This is a brilliantly clear display. With a half decent graphics card text, pictures, DVDs all spring to life. I still haven't managed to get streaming video to the same standard but I-Player on the BBC works a treat. You will read a lot of nonsense about how much trouble people had getting this onto the stand. Read the instructions closely; line up the monitor really carefully on the stand and insert at an angle and no serious pressure is needed for it to connect. Looks great with a couple of Creative T10s!

I am delighted with this monitor. The menu buttons at the base of the screen are a bit of a pig to operate, I found. Settings should be changed or you'll find the display has similar levels of brightness to one of Spielberg's fridges in ET. I found that Brightness 60, Contrast 50, Color control; Red 48, Green 31 and Blue 6 as someone else suggested gives very lifelike colour. Don't forget to adjust the display to 1680 x 1050 resolution for the best results. Enjoy

A good clear monitor that gives me what I expected.

Diagrams for setting up are not much good. It seems easier to look at the product itself to see how it's done.

slim ..as they all are anyway

not as good quality as the older tubed flat screen monitors .. I do a lot of graphics & find that the colour & resolution are not nearly as good as my old type monitor ..but the alternative seemed to be to spend a lot of money ,which I have not got..so ...for the money I think this monitor is as good as I'm going to get..
