+ looks good has all features required

- poor battery life camera zoom not up to much

+ Small size. Light weight.

- Unusable keypad. Non-intuitive text message button arrangement. Small screen. I have stopped using this phone because of the poorly designed keypad.

+ the phone looks nice, but scratches easily so should be provided with a sock. I've bought one. I found the key format difficult to adjust to but previously had a motorola so probably easier for people used to a samsung.

- camcorder small screen not full screen, and sending text bit difficult to manage too many options and confusing, no games unless you go online.

+ This phone is great, it's light in weight and slim, it has all the features that you need, and it look good.

- the only bad point that i can say about it is the camera, when you press the button to take the picture it does take a few seconds before it captures the picture, and if you have a baby, they don't really keep still for long, I have tried to change the settng but it makes no difference. Apart from that i can't complain.

- battery life low, could be smaller, slow keypad function, automatic keylock too quick

+ Sound quality is very good and the phone is slim so doesn't take up much space in your bag or pocket.

- Its not really a very good phone, fairly basic and the navigation is too far too complicated with comparison to the other Samsung's I've had. It seemed difficult to work out how to do the most simple things on it.
The camera really drains the battery far quicker than I've ever experienced with other phones.

- when texting if you have to think about what to write the keypad lock button keeps appearing so you have to unlock the phone to continue with your message. also when a call comes through and you cannot reach it straight away it stops so you have to call the person back,

- very poor battery life,have to charge near enough every day and i dont play games or listen to music. no games on there,can download but unless you have internet package,which i dont,you are charged.

+ small and neat with strong metal case so eventhough thin is still strong, good everyday use phone if you do not want the latest phone

- keypad lock a pain as it keeps switching off the keypad lock while in pocket and phone switches on or tries to phone out.

- Keypad locks automatically, which I rate as good but is very quick to lock itself could do with being able to adjust the length of time it takes to lock itself

- To charge it you need to open a lttle piece of flimsy plastic , whick makes it look cheap

+ The camera is great and it looks pretty stylish.

- I find texting takes me a while. I am slow anyway but this phone doesn't help. I find the keys difficult to press and it just seems a lot slower than my last samsung phone, which was not top of the range, but very nifty.

+ It is slimline and light in weight. It has excellent features like the music player, FM radio and voice recorder. It is capable of taking photos (which are pretty good quaility) and videos and also has the capability for video calls. The battery seems to have a long life except when you play games but then that's only to be expected.

+ Its easy to use once you've got the hang of where everything is! its also really stylish and compact.

- I've had the phone for a few weeks and I can't really think of any bad points except once the battery goes down one bar it will only last about 6 hours untill its dead, so it's not a very accurate guide on how much battery you have left because it stays on full for a few days!

+ It's a sexy phone, and looks awesome. The graphics are wonderful and the camera and screen are brilliant. It's an all round good phone.

- It ages to do ANYTHING. Deleting messages from your inbox takes AT LEAST a minute. Even opening your inbox takes a couple of seconds, nothing is instant. Also the keypad needs a bit of egtting used to. I had a toach screen before and loved it, so the actual buttons need getting used to.

- Battery doesn't last long. When outside you can't see whats on the phones screen as its too dark. Very poor vga video on it and only 3mp still shots.

- Heard a lot of people complaining about the auto-keylock function which locks the phone after quite a short amount of time. Whilst this is true, you can turn it off!

- there is no apostrophe when you text. The sound cant be turned off on the keypad which is very irritating and i cant download any photos from it.

+ It's great to be able to listen to music whilst commuting to work, onthe train and the tube. The only down side is that you can't do anything else on your phone while you are listening to uploaded music- only when listening to the radio.

- I hate the fact that you have to go through so many options to be able to send a text message. On my last phone I tped the message and selected the recipient from the phonebook. With this phone I have to type the message, select add recipient, then choose I want it from the phonebook, then scroll through my phonebook.
