looks great and has a great battery life. Easy to navigate
-
The most annoying part is when selecting someone to send a text to, the default keypad is numbers so you have to switch to text before typing the name of the person to choose from your address book.

Fairly easy to use. Well built and looks smart. Contains most functions that you would want / expect from a moderately spec'd phone.
-
The sounds quality isn't great and the speaker volume is not very loud. No flash on the camera. Lack of availability of spare parts. The screen got cracked quite soon after I bought the phone and I have so far been unable to find a replacement. Not sure whether this is down to the model being fairly new though.

Does not synchronise with Outlook accurately. Moreover, if the wrong configuration selections are made on your computer (which is easily done in this case) then the potential to have your contacts deleted is huge. (PS: the reviewer has a technical background)

I never hear text messages coming in, despite it being on the highest setting. My previous phone used to beep if there was a missed text or message, until it was picked up. This one doesn't do this, even if you select the remind every 2 mins option.
