+ Fantastic product, love it, very quiet

- None really, some may say freezer is small but as there is just 2 of us plenty of room

+ good design and pleasing on the eye. water and ice system is excellent

- We selected the black gloss colour however there is a noticable white line where the doors meet due to the inetrnal fridge backing being able to be seen through the gap in the doors. It would be simple to install a black joint here thus eliminating the problem

- Milk and pop holders in door keeps falling off when lifting milk out!

+ Colour, space, wheels for moving around to clean behind, water and ice, extra bits eg - fast freeze and child lock

- awkward bits sticking out. If you take the doors off to access the property, the top and bottom still stick out. Would havw prefered taller rather than wider

+ Ilove the style and the colour it matches my color scheme perfectly. Most importantly is the ease of access and everything is so conveniant I love the instant water and ice maker. and salad and fruit keep a lot fresher.

- Bad points the freezer is a bit small and i would prefer drawers rather than shelves and the ice maker still making ice when it should be off..

- Water cooler and ice maker reduce space in the freezer section more than I would have anticipated - but as features they are popular with all the family.

+ Good design and finish. Love the ice crusher and chilled water function - ideal for kids and adults alike. Plenty of space in the fridge, with lots of handy compartments.

- Smallish freezer - but expected because of the space taken by the water cooler and ice maker. It's useful to have an extra freezer.

- the freezer is not as big as I expected. Ice maker compartment takes up quite a bit of freezer space.We needed help with the initial installation-wasn't as straightforward as we expected. Condenser needed to be connected-not sure if this was our fault or the manufacturers. Once this was resolved no problems.
Tiny point from a looks pointof view-white strip in middle of the two black doors very obvious-black would've been better.

+ The fridge storage compartment is actually bigger than it looks. At first I wasnt sure about it because it is narrower than the normal fridge freezer, but I was pleasantly surprised at how much food and drinks I could fit in there. The ice maker is excellent. I had some trouble at first because it worked for the first week, then stopped working. I then read the manual about water pressure requirements, and have turned the water pressure up. It is working again. The cubed/crushed ice comes shooting out very very fast!! Beware!! If you have a small cup then some cubes will end up on the floor. (Am wondering now whether my water pressure is too high?) I also like the fact that I can adjust the temperature for the fridge and freezer separately. Extremely useful feature.

- The freezer compartment is slightly small but this is not an issue for me as I have a separate standalone freezer. The outside surface of the fridge door gathers dust very quickly.

- The ice dispencer throws too many ice cubes out , it also gives you crushed ice when it should be cubed.
The door shelves keep coming off every time you lift something out of them. They are not a good design, just cheap slide on slide off.

+ Depth and colour were the main reason for purchase as very narrow entrance. Fridge capacity excellent freezer fair, kids love ice dispenser with crush option. Easy to clean, good shelving making everything visible. So far so good as only had a couple of weeks.

- The fridge casing has already chipped and in the freezer the lid for ice chute is taking up valuable space when not in use.

+ Looks great, love the black mirrored finish - fits in really well with black granite work tops. Food keeps really well and being able to set the temperature digitally within a suggested range is great.

- Sacrifice capacity for ice and water functionality so for a family the freezer might be a bit on the small side. Sometimes the ice dispenser gets stuck and we have to pull out the ice tray inside the freezer which defeats the object of having a dispenser on the outside. The side by side Is larger than you think - check whether your front or back door is big enough to get it in - we struggled to get it in the house.

+ Excellent build quality, nice touch that there is a little alarm when you leave the door open, great for when you have kids. Mine is in black which is a nice and different finish and not quite as clinical as stainless.

- Freezer is a little small due to the ice maker, but this is worth it. I have a freezer out in the garage too so its really not an issue.

+ Easy to view what's in the fridge. Very well lit.

- does make the occasional noise louder than expected. Not an issue though. Freezer smaller capacity for machine but that is the trade off for having the superb ice maker dispenser.

- Freezer area small, too much of the area taken up by the water and ice facility. The bottom door shelf is not wide enough for 2 litre milk bottles consequently when removing bottles the shelf is dislodged. The tubing supplied for the water supply is 1 metre too short (our water supply is not next to the fridge/freezer unit). When accessing the water inlet, I could not understand why this was so low and why the cover was so flimsy.

+ Stunning design in black, looks great in modern kitchens. Bags of space in the fridge and big drawers and door space. Freezer is not huge although it does hold a lot. We bought it to supplement our built in fridge freezer to give us more freezer capacity and it does exactly that so we are well pleased.

- Not really a bad point, but you need to be aware that it needs to be plumbed in if you wish to use the icemaker and the cold water dispenser. We were aware of this having read other reviews. We have yet to plumb it in but don't anticipate any problems. I have heard that the icemaker is noisy but can't comment on this yet!

- The black finish attracts dust! Slight funny taste to the water/ice at first, but I think it just needed to settle in. Freezer not very big and would prefer drawers.

+ Very pleased with this purchase. It looks really smart in black. We love the ice maker and the cold water facility. Kids are always using these features.

- Would have preferred this model to be at least one feet taller than it is now - no reason why it can't be - to give even more storage space (you do pay a price for having the ice maker facility, as it eats away into the storage space). We already had a seperate freezer, otherwise the freezer storage here wouldn't be suffucient.
