+ love the capacity, seems like the food lasts alot longer but i havent had time to confirm this.

+ I wasn't bothered about the icemaker, but glad now to have it. It would be nice to have had a choice of water /ice-maker or just that much more space. Loads of room in fridge, but glad I kept my small freezer for the overflow from the freezer.
I love the shelf space and the large drawers. It also looks lovely in the kitchen, very stylish. Like the ease of moving it too, v.helpful. The inside lights are wonderful.

- No choice with this spacious model, of ice-maker/ water dispenser or more freezer space. Should be an option.

+ loving the fact that its so easy to use!!! even though it looks like a space ship with the illuminated ditital controls.
The lighting inside is wonderful too.it definately has the wow factor. well worth spending that bit extra to get the quality of this fridge..

+ Well designed to give maximum capacity for size similar to oother American style units. Efficient and the cold water and ice facility is appreciated. Meets all our needs

- None. Need to open doors more than 90 degrees to gain acces to drawers/shelves for cleaning but this applies to many fridge freezers!

+ Having the Ice and water machine on the door has meant a lot more space in the freezer area.
It's our 1st American style freezer and similar to having a dishwasher- once you own one, you will never go back (if space allows!).
Great product, loads of room for our food and easy to find stuff (so less going off/getting hidden at the back).

- Space needed to open doors to take drawers out (we have to move furnature around a bit), but that's only when we are cleaning it.

+ Loads of room inside, lots of storage shelves, holders and trays. You can set the temperature to the degree independently for both the fridge and the freezer. The freezer is the most frost-free I have had! Nice touches, like the light settings and the front display panel and the fold down rack for your tinnies on the fridge door.

- Doors need to open past 135 degrees to allow the trays to be removed (MAKE SURE YOU HAVE CLEARANCE!). Makes an odd "clunking" sound periodically (think it's the ice maker?). Water and ice dispenser a little slow (check your water pressure before installing - water pipe needs to be within a metre of unit), but these are small gripes for an otherwise lovely unit.

+ The Samsung looks stunning and is the focal point of our kitchen. We ahd friends over at the weekend and it was a real talking point. The water and ice dispenser is so useful. The capacity is great and you can locate stuff really easily.

+ haven't had it that long but was eay to fit, it's very quiet, looks fab inside lights light the whole fridge not just a little corner, out of all new products for my new kitchen this was my best buy. couldn't be happier they've thought of everything.

+ fantastic product, looked at many side to side fridge freezers before buying this one, brilliant fresh cold water and ice dispenser, I was worried about the space in the freezer, as before I had a large 3 draw under counter freezer which held quite a lot, when I emptied my old freezer the new one looked half empty, I was extremly happy with the space, brilliant blue led lights inside when you open it, would recommend it to anyone!!

+ Large fridge , very spacios, degree by degree temperature control.

- Since its a large fridge , confirm if it will get through your doors. i dint confirm this and had to follow the door removal instructions which takes about 30 mins tops but the fridge is heavy so have atleast four people handy.

- Ice cube maker can be noisy - crushed ice delivery ok if you use large glass otherwise beware of some going on the floor, would be betetr if water was colder rather than slightly chilled (or even better if there was an ability to adapt to your preference). Doors can be heavy when they have everything in them.

+ Lots of space for tall bottles and large drinks containers such as 6pt milk containers. Useful wine chiller which doesn't take up valuable fridge space. Looks good in neutral dark grey colour and doesn't show finger marks like stainless steel. Almost soundless in operation.

- It would be helpful if the doors could open within their own space. Because of their thickness the fridge has to be placed at a considerable distance away from an adjacent wall in order to be able to open the doors. This looks untidy and wastes space.

- Fridge freezer broke down within 5 days of switching it on. Needs a replacement PCB. Have to wait over a week for this to be fixed.

+ Superb fridge, and freezer, plenty of room in both and we love having the ice and cold water always available, Well lit so you can find your items. Loads of storage for bottles and jars in the doors. I love the fact that it alarms if you leave the doors open or they are not shut properly as my Hubby has a habit of not closing the fridge properly, although I have to say the seal on this fridge is loads better than our old fridge.

+ This is a very good sized fridge and freezer .I chose this one because you dont lose any space in the freezer .The ice and water is ideal for my family and excellent for parties ...I would recommend this fridge to anyone who has a family and needs the space ....

+ I like the fact that this model is the same external dimensions as most others but has a much larger capacity. I now have so much freezer space I'm struggling to fill it! It's also on runners/castors so it moves easily if you need to shift it.

+ Lights inside designed to light all shelves - as opposed to a single overhead lamp. Reasonably quiet. Control panel is easy to use. Lots of storage that's well designed - such as the can rack, and bottle rack.

- Not many....Crushed ice is more pellet sized ice. The ice often seems come out in a wide area so to avoid ice going everywhere you have to make sure you put the container tight up to the top.

- The installation guide was very hard to understand, the process is much simpler than pictured ;0)

NOT REALLY A NEGATIVE BUT ... the crushed ice is a little messy and often little bits miss the glass but are captured on the drip tray

+ a lot of products in this price range feel weak and flimsy, this unit felt solid ... thats why we picked over other products

- connection instructions are poor... simplify them

- could not unscrew the bottom panel to check water line

- May have problems with delivering to some properties due to sheer size.
