+ Size of fridge - lots of room

- only 3 drawers in freezer, would prefer 4

+ Good sized alternative if you don't want a huge American style fridge freezer. Looks / Colour / Design are excellent and completes our modern look kitchen.

- Noiser than expected. Instructions for reversing the door are not as clear as they should be. Read them carefully - it will save you time and grief!

+ Fridge is excellant size, which is what we wanted, its quiet too and like the freezer tray

- freezer is not too big, but we knew that before and bought it because of the space in the fridge

+ CAPACITY OF COLD STORE IS GREAT AND JUST ENOUGH FREEZER SPACE AS ITS NOT GOOD TO LIVE ON FROZEN FOOD. yOU NEED FRESH FOOD KEPT FRESH, COLD STORE DOES THAT WELL

- THE COLD STORE HAD NO EGG HOLDER HOWEVER I USED THE ONE OUT OF THE OLD FRIDGE FREEZER IN THE NEW ONE AND IT WORKS FINE

- Shelf and door box had to be removed as otherwise could not fit 2 litre bottles in door or salad dressing bottles (not large) on shelf. Minor inconvience due to large capacity.

+ Really well designed, the finish of the product was second to none. The rear wheels will make moving for cleaning a much easier experience than my previous fridge/freezer.

+ Good shelf configuration, easy to use temp control buttons, plenty of space in the door.

- Loose some of the space on the top shelf due to the size of the inner light. The overall height of the fridge might poose a problem for anyone under 5'5, you might not be able to reach the back of the top shelf.

+ This fridge freeze looks great. It has plenty of evenly spaced shelves and a large drawer at the bottom. We were used to more drawers, previously having a Daiwoo, but I am sure we will get used to it! I have no issues with the noise it makes either. A lot better that our last fridge.

- The door shelves could do with being just a fraction deeper as milk bottles from supermarkets nearly fit in with the handle pointing out, but not quite. Just another 5mm and they would and that would make the door shelf better for storing more bottles.

+ we love everything about this product,we have saved a fortune on wasted food as we can clearly see every item,the salad draw is fantastic,cant see any drawbacks with this item,wish i had one years ago would recomend this highly.

+ Great colour, loads of fridge space, quieter than my last one, nice design. Freezer good size despite being a drawer less than my previous one but still well designed & spacious.

- It has no top!!!! Nightmare for me as I want to put something on top of it & have been told by Samsung I am not able to. Have never seen a fridge quite like it! At the time of buying I didn't think of asking for a stepladder so I could look at the top of all the fridges but will make sure I do the next time I have to buy one as this has been a big let down & pain for me. Samsung were not very helpful on this & said it's stated in the manual which isn't much help after you've got it installed! I think this should be stated before you buy it. Aside from that I do love it, just a shame it's been majorly let down by this point for me.

- You need to allow an additional 5mm +, in addition to the size included in the desription, to allow the door to open.

+ Style and capacity- does just what I want and looks good in my new kitchen - however minor negative points see below

- Position of light restricts use of top shelf - Easily remedied with careful organisation. Lower shallow draw compartment not very accessible, It needs to be positioned higher if you store bottles and milk cartons in the lowest door compartment otherwise you cannot easily access the bottles which are the most used items in the fridge!

+ The size is perfect, huge amount of fridge space with a small to medium freezer. This suits out needs as I tend to purchase fresh food and not freeze a great deal. The granite colour is great and it is a no nonsence fridge freezer. I have no idea with regards to energy consumption so cannot comment on that aspect.

- top pf the fridge needs to hard material. used to put cereal there but its just a useless space on this fridge. overall wo;d 100% recommend to friends.

- Freezer a bit small - but you can't have everything
A bit scary when first installed as it became very hot on the side pannels but that went away after a couple of days so may be thats just how it is!
The top is not flat so not useful to store things on top.
The door has a curve so beware if like me your fridge door opens agaist the kitchen door You can't open it fully because it cannot butt up flat against the wall/door.This means the freezer trays can't be pulled out fully.

- Although this was sold as having reversible doors, it took two workmen the best part of 3 hours to carry out the operation. Had I known how complex and costly this would have been I would not have chosen this model.

+ The fresh tray at the bottom is really useful and helps to keep food in order. The light is really bright and filters through the fridge even when its fully loaded.

- The door compartment spacing is too small and therefore I have had to disuse one of the door trays.

+ Attractive in graphite in the kitchen which is predominately white. Fits well within units

+ Good build quality, well laid out and quite spacious (we bought this as a replacement to our big american fridge freezer which we were unable to accomodate in our new home). Salad drawer is a useful addition. Quiet running but too early to tell over energy consumption.

- The trays in the doors have various height options but, in reality, there are only a couple of combinations that can work. There is no egg tray which seems a bit stingy.

+ We have been very pleased with the fridge freezer. The fridge is an excellent size for a family of 4 but we think the freezer could have been bigger.
