Samsung RL38SB Reviews: Frost Free, Standard, White fridge freezer

+ Good fridge capacity,

- Quite a big job to get the hinge on the other side.
Can't get the door draws in a good place to allow for a bottle of wine! Ends up with the trays all at the top with only room for small items.

+ It's big enough for any normal family, perhaps a little big for a small kitchen. The freezer drawers are very good for holding lots of food. It's quiet, The fridge is bright. clean and big.

- I haven't found a bad point, but I don't know how much energy it uses. Perhaps I could have had a smaller one for my kitchen, but I'm glad I didn't.

+ We've only had this for a few weeks so can't do a full review, mostly cosmetic. It looks very nice, the initial build quality seems good with strong hinges on the doors with no flex whatsoever. The shleves are strong although I have some doubts of the door shelves (but no more than any others I saw in the shop and a lot less than most). It keeps a fridge full of food very cold on the second warmest setting so I don't know why you would need to use more unless the door is opening and closing all the time which is really really good. Very quiet in operation (we have an open plan living room/kitchen and you have to listen for it to hear the fridge).

- Nothing so far although I couldn't comment on energy consumption as we have only had it for a few weeks.

- fridge tempreture is to high or to low from top of fridge to bottom engineer has tried to fix it and said you should have bought one with fridge tempreture control

+ Simple to set up and use. Good picture and EPG. The DVD picture via HDMI is first class.

- OK as a second set in bedroom etc. but would look out of place in lounge as it really looks like a computer screen
