+ Easy to use once you get the hang of it

- Not enough information in the leaflet from smasung to be able to use all the features. Keeps turning itself on in handbag if you do not use a cover.

+ Samsung pixon has a very good camera and looks good!

- Battery life is poor- from fully charged - 0 in a day- and I don't use it that much!
Keypad is hard to get used to- especially writing texts and emails- too sensitive

+ Great looks and best mobile phone I have had - and I had my first one in 1986 so have had many, many phones.Very rapid web connection, great slow mo video playback - just the thing for analyzing your golf swing. Best camera resolution yet and so many features I don't know what else could be added. Google maps excellent; sound quality exceptional

- Supplied software won't sychronise my MS Outlook contacts which is really annoying - Samsung say they are working on it but it should have been right at the time of release - 0 out of 10 for this Samsung!

+ looks good, Very clear display. Excellent camera. Once you get the hand of it, the music player and usbaility are brilliant.

- Navigating the phone and the instructions manual are nightmare. Once you do a bit of "messing" with the phone, you can get it to do most things you would expect.

- missing wi-fi, reasonable battery life (but what new phone has a good battery life now-a-days)

- when you turn phone off messages in the inbox are shown by peoples numbers not names. no decent inbuilt games etc

+ The good thing about this phone is the camera and video quality. It feels like an actual camera.
Also the ability to hold a large quantity of music/images/videos. The pen that comes with it is very useful.
This phone is just incredible!!!! 10/10

- The bad thing about this phone is the size. It is quite a big phone and can take up alot of space.

+ It's a brilliant phone, simple and easy to use, even my mum figured it out in less than a day, great camera, not so great in the dark but hey, it's a phone not a camera I didn't expect it to be half as good as it is, sound quality and picture quality are both the best I've had on a phone so far.

- The battery doesn't last as long as my old phone, but I have to admit I use this phone for more things so the battery wouldn't last as long.

+ great phone my first touch screen.. will never go back to normal phones. easy to use on internet and great to take photos

- i use my phone alot during the day so the battery doesnt last..

+ easy to use, great looking and the camera is amazing just like having a camera and video with you all the time.

- predictive text comes on automatically have to press T9 everytime to change

+ Easy to use, looks good, brilliant camera and video, speaker for music playing is not bad either, easy to transfer pictures from the phone to the computer vice versa, had a HTC phone (BT anywhere) and a Sony Ericcson Touchscreen (W950i?) were a nightmare to transfer data to.

- Hold button too sensitive easily turns back on in your bag/pocket. Auto lock doesn't help much either.
Also very hard to use numeric keypad while in a call, locked my pin twice already on my voicemail.

+ It's beautiful and the touch sceen is fab- perfect sensitivity, large, bright. Great camera and decent on-phone editing.

- Slightly confusing photo gallery options. Short battery life if you use it all the time (like me). That's it. everything else is good.

+ I love the big screen and the way you can tilt the screen on txt to use the keyboard in a different way. It's great, i really like how good the camera is. It's just a good phone to have.

- The battery life could be longer but other than that i have no bad things to say about it.

+ Lovely screen, large and clear (and it doesn't get as marked as I thought it might) which is exactly what I needed to check mail and Internet pages when out and about.
On-screen widgets are great.
I love being able to turn to landscape mode and have the QWERTY keyboard.

- Stylus is kept separately, should have a slot in the phone body (but I'm personally not too fussed as my nails work just as well most of the time!).
Widgets can be arranged in the side panel but reset to the default configuration if phone is switched off.
Pretty annoying to not have an on-screen 'Back' sometimes - you need to move to the button below the screen.
Battery life isn't great - I'm not a heavy user, but can see it would be a minimum daily charge for heavier users.

- it doesnt always pick up when you are touching the screen and it can take upto ten times to get it to do what you want very disaoppionted with the phone

- the first couple of days use was quite frustrating as i couldnt figure how to remove the widgets off the stand by page but in the end it was easy.

+ Beautiful looking phone. Good music player and easy to navigate menu. Really good camera quality and lots of space with a memory card. Alarm wakes you up really well in the morning as you have to slide to turn it off. Good, loud ringtones.

- Battery doesn't last that long. Stylus should have a place to slot in.

+ the cameras great and i like the different modes you can put it in. Also the touch screen is easy to use

+ It's so easy to use and although it seems obvious, it looks good! The camera quality is also fantastic (8 megapixels!). The internet is really fast and I like the fact that you can have an on-screen keyboard (for internet AND texting); it's a lot quicker.
I think it's safe to say that I love this phone. It has its flaws, but they're all minor.

- The fact that you can't change the background images that appear when the screen is locked isn't a great feature, and you can't delete the default ones either.
There also seems to be some confusion about text message memory. It says it holds 520 (500 on the phone & 20 on the sim), yet once the phone reaches 220 (200 on the phone & 20 on the sim), it claims to be full. Also, 500 isn't a lot for a phone nowadays. I had a Samsung U600 before this phone, and that held 1000.
The battery life leaves something to be desired too. I have to charge it absolutely every night.

- Web browser not as good as the explorer on Omnia. GPS on phone not compatible with most software such as the Google maps (which is supplied on the phone). So the only thing its good for is labelling photos.

- when finding a phone contact using pen, too sensitive. screen jumps too quickly. phone a bit large. not enought info on how to use the camera feature.

+ great camera with several different setings, large screen, touchscreen feature, great sound (music), battery life is good too

- writing a text - sometimes you press the wrong "key". A pen would be handy :)

+ The phone looks quite good and has really strong build quality. The camera is amazing at 8mp, and the sound quality is superb! The screen is of a good size, with a briliant quality screen. Also the touch screen is really easy to use!

- Touch screen gets a bit grubby and you have to wipe it now and again, but thats the same with any touch screen i supose! Also you cannot choose your text tone, just a little thing but would be nice to have the option.

+ quite pleased with the phone so far,no complaints, .I really like the picture quality also the amount of things you can do with this phone that you can't do with so many others.

+ Good camera, i like being able to draw on it, good memory on the memory card not on the actual phone though, very easy to text and get onto different things, the stick that comes with it is good and makes the phone easier to use.

- not wi-fi enabled. very annoying language selection button below the space button when writing texts. once the phone is set up in your prefered language why would you want to change it so often to warrent having it there! very annoying when you accidently change it while texting!

+ This phone looks fantastic and offers all that you would expect of a high quality mobile phone.

- The battery life is not that great. The touch keypad is very sensitive. The keypad hold button is placed in such a position that it can easily be cleared and the touchpad activated. The ability to set annual reminders for such items as birthdays is complicated and takes a while to find.

+ Has got lots of useful applications. The camera is great.

- Keypad when texting is a little hard to use if your fingers aren't small. Can't change the message ring tone.

- It's easy to accidentally press the wrong buttons when texting. It is also easy to accidentally select things when scrolling down the screen.
The hold button is far too easy to press in your bag or pocket, so you unlock the screen and start pressing buttons without realising.
Would be nice to have some full games instead of just demos.

- The battery does run out in a day or two if you use the phone constantly.
The calculator does not have a % Key making simple matemathical equations a bit harder, but it is a good calculator!
It does not have Microsoft Word or Excell so i guess is a bit of a problem if you do not have a netbook on the move.

+ I have found the phone easy to use and navigate. touch screen take a bit to get used to but good. The picture quality and screen quality is very good.

- when i did a soft rest on the phone it crashed it completley, i could not power the phone back on, i have done a full reset but still get a black screen on the start up which i did not get before. it needs a better screen lock function as the button on the side gets caught and unlocks the screen.

- Sometimes I found that navigation especially scrolling was difficult it could jump past the application that you wanted. This used to happen a lot of the time when searching for an album in the music player application
