+ Came with good instructions and the menus are easy to use. Best picture quality is when TV is looked at straight on, but when you move around the room or look from above or below much of the screen goes dark. Screen can be pivoted, however. I have had no mechanical/ electrical problems with this set yet. Excellent sleek design

- Only one scart socket. Does not have an off switch: only has a stand-by button (which is bad for your electricity bills and the environment)

+ Very smart, like the white "frame". Easy to carry and move from my kitchen to conseratory!

- As I'm a novice, could do with a little more comprehensive but uncomplicated instruction book.

- I found that the setting up instructions were a little bit vague when linked to my digibox., and it would have been clearer if instructed to turn off the digibox before trying plug and play.It took some time before I figured this out.

- 3 complaints: 1. Volume is inadequate. It's often necessary to use the maximum setting and the set is about 4 feet from the seating area! 2. Colour is inconsistent from channel to channel. The only way to affect the colours is through a general "mode" change since it's not possible to adjust the key elements -e.g. reds and blues. The colours can be awfully garish. 3.The unit can't be switiched off and remains on stand-by. This is environmentally irresponsible.

+ Strong aesthetics looks more inconspicuous than a black TV when mounted on the wall. Very easy to use and the base swivels round to become a wall mount, so there is no need to buy expensive wall mounts. Picture quality is pretty good but best viewed from at least a couple of metres away as too close and it looks a bit pixelated. Sound is fine for a bedroom but haven't tried it elsewhere.

- You can't turn it off without switching it off at the plug. Pressing the on/off button on the front just puts it on to standby.

+ Its all about the style with this little number. Fits perfectly into our newly decorated bedroom, hung on the wall using the free in-built wall mount. Its easy to use and setup, and everyone who comes round comments on how good it looks.

- The image isn't great, and the refresh rate is poor (when credits are going across its almost like they're stuttering), and the sound is quite tinny. But if its just for bedtime viewing like us, its fine and I recommend it.

- The picture is blocky and jerks from both the tuner and from SCART. It is so bad that I am not sure if there is a fault.

+ We chose a white TV because it's a very good colour for a bedroom - not so intrusive as black and looks good when wall mounted. This model Samsung is a neat, good looking TV .
