Touch sceen is amazing, so nice to use. Easy to use whether you use the software suplied or just use drag and drop with windows.

Only comes with a usb charger so if you have no laptop and want to go away on holiday you have to additionally purchase a charger. Comes with no manual so you need to load the CD to use the manual even to find out how long the initial charge is.

When its in your pocket the only thing that tells you its there are the headphones in your ears. Good sound quality and battery life is good. Touch pad is good quality and it installs on the computer really easily (just a min or two). Overall very good.

Very difficult to get hold of extras (like wall charger and covers etc) and a lot of them are over priced.Screen is a bit difficult to see in bright light.

transferring of music is not the simplest attribute and also deleting music after it's been on for a while can prove problematic.

Easy to use once you get use to the touch controls. Light and small to carry, didn`t come with a case you will need one!

Have to use samsung software to transfer music to the player but saying that it does seem to load ok. The instructions aren`t that good, still not worked out how to do my own playlist yet!
