Why dont the manufacturers agree on a standard ?

- Sometimes the keypad is too sensitive and other numbers pressed by accident but i don't like laptops because i like a 'clicky' keyboard so just me being picky really. My biggest/only real bad point with this phone is the navigation is a pain compared to my last one the main pain being sending a text which is very long winded.

+ i think it is a very good mobile phone and would recommend it to anybody. it is easy to use and not to complicated to navigate around. for someone who is not very technical i have found it simple to use.

+ Great phone for a great price,looks a lot more expensive than it is! Lots of useful features and really easy to use.I would definately recommend it.

- Only negative and its only a minor one, is the delay on the camera between pressing it and it actually taking the picture, its only a problem if your subject is likely to move ( in my case my dog!) Actual picture quality is very good.

+ The sound quality is fab it also has a wide screen. The image editor is also fun. The games are also good.

+ for basic use [which is what I wanted]phone is great. 'Does what it says on the tin'. compact/light. Good value for the money.

- Attachments re connecting to printer/printing images not compatible with other/previous models of samsung's. Why?? No thought to the environment & need to reduce adding to landfill. Haven't got new attachments so scope of use limited. Quick time re recharging BUT battery life not v good before need to recharge.

+ Easy to use, can fit a memory card to increase space for pictures and music. Fairly decent camera for a phone, does special effects on the pictures. Bought it for my daughter (age 11) and she didn't even need to read the manual to work everything.

- You really do need the memory card if you want to upload alot of songs or take lots of pictures, but they're very cheap, and it makes a world of difference.

- There's not that many features in it. Too many commands in order to just send a txt message. Not very straightforward to use. Even the keypad functions are a waste of time when texting.

- Keypad can be a little fiddly if you have large fingers. Screen does not seem very robust, though only a little time will tell if it can withstand a working environment. The phone feels on a whole, fragile and I doubt it would survive if dropped onto a hard surface. No camera flash.

+ I love the extras that came with the phone - the USB lead and software for the computer connection and the free headphones for the radio (which is pretty good quality sound considering that it was very good V.F.M.! (value for money) The design looks very sleek and to be honest, people are quite shocked when I tell them the price tag for it as it looks like it would cost at least 2 or 3 times that. Very nice all round phone so far. I'm due to go abroad next week and have signed up for the new package for reduced rates. I'll see how it performs in Crete! :D

- the sound quality out of the handset isn't all that great when you're listening to music that you've uploaded. However using the headphones is much better quality.

- has a habit of unlocking when placed in your pocket and its tendency to connect to the internet, because of poor design choices by Samsung. The internet hot-key function cannot be disabled, unlike all the other hot-key navigation controls. This is really bad because it a) costs money [dependent on your network rate] and b) because of the phones tendency to unlock itself a careless press of a button automatically enables the hot-key function [and because its the only one that cannot be disable, the internet is its preferred choice of random functionality]. The predictive text is worse than Motorola's, but marginally better than Sony Ericsson, but nowhere near as good as HTC and Nokia. Thats not to say its a BAD phone, but it really could be a lot better

- Removing the rear cover to fit battery or sim card is a real struggle and may involve the use of hammers, drills, secrewdrivers and plenty of bad language!
