+ Good as a phone. Makes an receives call well. Good ear piece quality. Small and compact. Good for ladies or those with small fingers.

- Poor battery life. Terrible buttons for navigating around menu. The two round selecting buttons are very bad. Need to press them quite firmly, but with your finger nail. Generally fingers just slides straight over them, so not good. Doesnt support many file formats if friends send you photos etc. Oh an slide isnt very good as you have to hold teh phoen firmly to slide open incase you drop it. This could be easily rectified by putting a small lip on the slide face, just like they had on the E700.

+ It is easy to use.

- I find it bulky and there are not enough colour options to customise. There is hardly any internal memory - I can only get two songs on the phone and the memory's used up.

+ The Games, Music and the looks. It is very inexpensive for what you get. It is very fashionable at school. It it a good size, not too big. It looks well made and it has a better battery life that expected from the reviews and the camera works well.

- No bluetooth.

+ Small and neat design. As this was a gift for my wife this was important as it had to be "handbag friendly". She also loved the pink colour!!!!! There are a good number of features and the screen is large enough to give a clear image.

- The navigation needed to send an text is frustrating at times, involving what seems to be a lot of clicking and scrolling. Maybe there are shortcuts, but we haven't found them yet as unfortunatelly the manual that came with the phone is also small, but not so neat as it seems to skim over subjects somewhat. The authors probably assume that in this day and age everyone knows how to drill down menus - WRONG!!

- The number of buttons you have to press to get anything done.
Predictive texting - if you pick the wrong word out of your options you can't go back and change it afterwards without totally deleting the word.

Number pad very awkward to use - keys too small, too close to screen section which gets in the way, and numbers only separated by tiny beading so can press a few keys at once.

- Couldn't get the back off it was really very difficult and the text alert is not long enough and I haven't been able to change the sould

- Too many layers when just sending a text. Too easy to start browser when all you want to do is open a text. My previous phone, a mtotorola was mcuh easier ro use.

- I dont particularly feel its user friendly, had to have my children help me to find differant settings who in turn had to phone their friends. Do think it could be made easier to use. On the whole a little dissapointed.

- Difficulty in putting music on, and understanding the phone studio that came with the phone , not being a computer wiz I have not yet managed to put music on the phone, asit was one of the main resons in buying this phone I am disappointed
