+ I think the whole design and product is good

- no bad points

+ great design and ice/ water dispenser

- getting it into the house. We had to remove the doors!

+ Good Size Fridge. Great to have ice & water. Easy to use. Impressive to look at.

- Small freezer. Feel that it ought to have lockable doors to prevent children opening.

- Freezer is a bit too small and there are only two of us. Not suitable for a large family.

+ Fridge capacity is good, but we could have done with a couple of fittings (e.g. a bottle rack). The ice and water dispenser is a boon - we're drinking much more water now!

- Perhaps a bit bulky and the water / ice dispenser seems to take up a lot of freezer capacity, although saying that we've still got plenty of spare freezer space.

+ the fridge freezer is exactly what we wanted except the colour which was not in stock (our choice not to wait)

- Ice dispenser takes up a lot of the freezer space.

+ Good looking, good fridge and freezer capacity, ice cubes and cold-water dispenser excellent also very easy to plumb in with kit supplied, even for somebody with no previous plumbing experience.

+ It was a very good price considering there are similar units out there which cost considerably more but don't seem to be greatly different. The ice and iced water are great. Make sure you have room to get it into where you want it situated - I measured up before purchasing but still had to take doors off. It squeezed in with about 1mm to spare.

- Samsung Customer Service, are less than helpful, and the Instruction Manual is as useful as a chocolate fireguard. Apart from that Iove the fridge.

+ We bought this for £600 about 2 months ago and it has been brilliant so far. The ice and water dispenser is fab (the kids drink water non-stop now). Both the fridge and freezer have really bright lights which let you see exactly what's in there and stop them from having that 'cave like' feeling and the fridge especially is very roomy. Would definitely recommend this model.

- It's BIG, so the doors will probably have to be taken off to get it into the house and it is quite bit deeper than the traditional type of fridge/freezer so it could look a bit overpowering in a small kitchen. The freezer isn't massive which wasn't an issue for us as we have another freezer in the garage but if someone were buying it for a large family it very possibly wouldn't hold enough.
