+ it's great to have constant chilled water and ice.

- having an ice box takes up a lot of room from the freezer, we were a bit disapointed with the amount of room in both sides, in fact the unit that we were replacing had more volume but took up less room in our kitchen.

+ Looks nice, big fridge space, easy to use, clever storage, the ice and water dispencer work quite well

- freezer space could be more, installation (plumbing for the water source) could have been made easier, high cost of filters

+ Temperature display on front very helpful. Space for larger containers for water and ice very good. Large fridge volume makes it useful for entertaining preparation. Large door handles good for those who have difficulty with their hands. Lights inside make it easy to use.

+ Overall a very good product for the money. Love the ice and water and the display is clear.

- Seems to be getting a little bit noisier. The freezer space is fine for us but could be a bit on the small side for some families. Having said that having ice and water is great.

- Instruction manual for plumbing in is bizarre and complicated, and fittings are not standard. I was expecting washing machine type connectors, but it comes with micro piping. Then you have to remove a panel marked "Do not remove" at the back to access the fittings. Could be a lot easier. Works fine now it's plumbed in though. Internal shelves are not adjustable.

- Freezer capacity not quite what I expected. You will probably need to have another freezer going to ensure you have enough frozen capacity.

+ The product allows us to have a a full months shopping along with Drinks and Bottles of wine keeping it all cold and fresh. Really impressed with the product, the ice despenser is easy to use and clean and tidy. Was very easy to install.

+ Looks good and the water and ice functions work really well. I bought it having only seen it in a picture and I was pleased with the look of it - the full height handles look good. I think it was also good value compared to some of the other brands.

- be wary if integrating with other units as standard kitchens 600 mm and although measurements might say 600 mm depth they are not always accurate!

+ style and colour suits any decor and design. the ease of access and interior layout is convenient. it looks great and s an asset to any domesitc setting.

- a specific door bottle shelf with flexi grip would have made it perfect - as it is, narrower bottles fall over as there is nothing to keep them upright.

+ The fridge is spacious and bright. the doors close firmly and my 2 year old grand daughter cannot open them, much to her dismay! Ice and chilled water is great.

- My previous model (another samsung american style) had a cheese drawer, which this model does not have.

+ It's a really brilliant build quality, quiet except for the Ice machine, which is to be expected. The Ice and water filter are a great bonus. The value for money was exceptional at the time I bought it. And since them I've met other people with the same model who rave about it too.

- It's big, but then again that's to be expected when you buy a big fridge. Oh and the water filters are expensive, but there is a way to get rid of the filter light, just read the manual.

+ EASY TO MOVE AROUND AND INSTALL. I HAD TO REMOVE THE DOORS TO GET IT IN BUT THIS WAS A SIMPLE TASK. VERY STYLISH AND EASY TO KEEP CLEAN. ICE MAKER WAS WORTH HAVING AS IS THE FILTERED COLD WATER.

+ Looks really nice, fridge has loads of space, simple to fix up the water supply. child lock and temp controls are great. All in all this is a great fridge that I would highly recommend.

- Difficult to get it in the house we had to take the patio doors off to get it in.

+ Maintains an excellent temperature. It looks great in our Kitchen and is the envy of many visitors. Cold water on Tap and Ice always available are fantastic and it was easy to install.

- Petty but opening the door requires quite a lot of power, which shows the quality of the seal, the next model up I believe has easy opening doors which break the seal with a flick of the handle.

+ Fridge compartment has lots of room. Handy having two drawers in the bottom. I use one for vegetables and one for salad. Great having the freezer section as I only have a small freezer in my utility room. I can now keep the frozen goods I use regularly in the kitchen in the freezer compartment. Very stylish looking I am really glad I bought it.

- There are only two minor points I would mention. Firstly it would have been better if there was another shelf on the inside of the fridge door. I am having to use the top shelf for eggs, the second has jars in it, and then I have bottles of fruit juice and milk. There is space for another shelf and it would have been handy for 1 more. The second point I would mention is the crushed ice seems a bit messy as it splutters out everywhere and its hard to contain it within a glass. I tend to use the cubed ice most of the time but these are rather large chunks. Its not a complaint though, purely a point to mention.

+ This product has features to control temperature, the type of ice you want (crushed or cubed) a vacation feature and also a child lock. All round good family fridge. It looks sleek and modern too.

- The storage space in the freezer is definately enough, but if you do huge monthly shops you may find having to squeeze all your frozen food in. Also if you don't cover the ice shoot fully, you may find ice coming out everywhere!

+ easy to install when you look at the product but the manual makes it look difficult, but is really easy peasy when you get down to it.
