- When receiving a call you must first unlock keys, then press the activation key then accept the call by which time you have missed the call. I selected this phone as according to your own recommendations it was best for music, it takes an age to load mp3's on to the supplied memory chip, which in todays standards is very small, the battery quickly expires if listening to music. Sadly there is nothing on this phone that it better than my previous phone which is three years old.

+ Looks smart, good camera,

- Having to use side button to unlock keys all the time - during calls, to hang up etc. Trying to read text messages on front screen - touch screen never seems to work.

+ It's really easy to use once you get used to the touch screen.

- If you use the internet, music and camera the battery will only last a day.

+ Looks great. Menu screen gets you where you want to go fast.

- Touch screen takes a bit of mastering but great when you`re used to it.

- During call trying to hang up is a pain or trying to enter numbers on a call can be a pain unlocking keypad etc. Battery runs out pretty quick if your using it a lot.

- short of memory without additional cards,can be slippery to hold untill you get the hang of it

+ The phone has a nice design and i do find it quite easy to use.

- The battery life is not good at all. There's no point in having a nice looking phone with a good camera if you are unable to use it because the battery is dead. Also sound quality is not very good. The phone is very quiet and i often miss serveral calls because i did not hear it ringin.

+ Sleek and stylish design, nice and silvery effect.

- Screen can hardly be seen if ur out in the sun. Once u get into using the phone (buttons for texting and writing) the software can lag, can't keep up with your typing. Can't assign a single ringtone, just to contacts.

- battery life, navigation keypad would be a lot better with a seperate one press answer, end button. unlocking the phone to answer a call can be a pain.

- the phone is a good one but its not as quick to use as your ordinary keypad and somethings wont allow you to get the keypad up esp on web, unless im doing it incorrect lol

+ i found the phone to be very easy to use from the start. it did not take long to work out how to use the different functions and the web browsing is great

- can be awkward trying to connect and dissconnect from calls

- Bad battery, needs a better battery, drains very fast

- the camara and camcorder does not work. so i am stuck with just half the product but payin the whole bill and not getting all the benifits out of it

+ Once you know what you're doing, it is so easy to use, and unlike some phones, you don't hit the wrong button and end up calling someone with out knowing it, is easy to lock and a brilliant phone to use.

- Finding a couple of features can be difficult at first, but you soon get used to it.

+ easy to use and good features

- the on/off button is very weak and will damage easily and you have to switch it on when screen goes off regularly which is a pain/

+ I love the design of this phone, it's very smart.

- But for quickness it can be a bit fiddly. I text alot and in the past I could do this very quickly, but now it can be too precise. Miss-hitting is a common thing with this phone I find, and you have to be spot-on.

+ Its a good phone its looks cool, i dont know anyone else who has this phone its touch screen is real handy as well, and the camera is great too!

- It can be hard to text because the buttons in the touch screen or quite close together and can make it hard to write a text quick

- Camera is not very good at taking pictures. Navigation and message writing is not as easy as with a non touch screen phone
