+ Easy to use. not as sentive as other touch phones ,which is a good thing.

- only bad point is that you cannot assign a ring tone to your incoming messages.

+ has good battery life compaired to other phones good design, good sound qualityand has good camera with good features.

- like all samsungs you carnt put your own games on without downloading them which costs, the camera could of been better, the touch scrween is poor to picking up anything could have been a better screen but with this the phone has no real direction weather its more a camera phone or music or so on not enough features to other phones either

+ looks good, excellent camera

- not good at picking up signal, cumbersome to navigate, too many things to press just to send text message

+ Looks fantastic, very easy to use and learn to use. The Camera is also fantastic at 5mp, but not as good as a standalone, despite Samsungs fantasic software.

- No QWERTY keyboard which is usually standard with touchscreen phones. Texting requires precision as it's a touch phone

- the battery lasts for about one full day, sending txt messages is a nightmare as the touch screen is to sensitive and if you touch the clear icon too hard it erases most of your msg and you have to start all over again. the screen goes completely blank whilst your on a call and that is annoying. basically i regret purchasing this phone and will change it as soon as possible

- the screen sometimes sticks when sending messages and is very sensitive.not many applications on it compared to some phones

+ Overall it is an incredibly easy phone to use. The touch screen is sensitive enough for light tapping as well as pressing down hard, as you have to for most other touch screen phones I've come across, which makes it easy to text and navigate the menus. The camera is excellent, and the menus are easy to work with.

- I think the lack of applications (downloadable or otherwise) holds this phone back. If there was an equivalent of an iPhone app store then it could make it even better. Another thing that bugs me is the lack of a standard headphone jack, instead having to use the same port for charging as you do for plugging headphones in.

- very difficult to work out how to change the settings i.e alarm ring tones etc instructions provided are very basic. also i found it difficult to get used to the touch pad

- when texting, keypad can type wrong word as so senstive, plus when on phone, if keypad unlocked your face dials numbers!!!

+ Once you get the hang of using the touch screen it's great however it does take a couple of weeks to get used to. The screen is nice & big which is great for taking & viewing photo's. The sound quality is great for listening to music.

- The screen can get dirty very easily with sticky/sweaty fingerprints, especially in the hot weather.

- A poor phone difficult to use. touch screen makes it complicated to text and scroll is hard to stop on the item you want to select ie, a contact from the address book. automatic change over between network modes poor resulting in loss of service.lack of features.

- Dreadful keypad, awful scrolling, poor text editing, poor sound quality, inadequate instructions in the booklet. Counter-intuitive software and menu structure. If I could send it back to you I would.
