- I Have problems sending text have to remove the battery sometimes in order to send a text

- menu system not particularly well thought out, no shortcut to compose message, supposed "shortcut" button just gives you options in the main menu - what's the point?

+ Very neat and compact, well designed. I'm a die-hard Nokia fan and particularly haven't liked Samsung phones in the past, so when my boyfriend bought a Tocco I was very sceptical. But when his arrived, I tried it out and loved it, it was so easy to pick up and use almost immediately, I decided to get one for myself. Great camera. The radio works well, even though its not on the feature list of the phone.

- Text messaging interface can be fiddly; not easy to edit lists of multiple recipients.

- battery life ok but then dies very quickly

- Can be over sensitive when texting (particularly if trying to delete one letter - sometimes the whole of the message disappears - and I dont have a particularly heavy touch).

- When taking a call you have to make sure you've locked the screen, otherwise the heat from your head/ear affects the touch screen and you end up pressing all the buttons or cutting calls off.

+ the phone is easy to get used to and navigate around, even though i am a first time touch screen user.

- the size is a little to big for me to be able to cope with, and itsnot just me my friends also have this phone and agree, i dont like holding it with one hand as im worried it will drop so it makes it inconvenient when your trying to walk and write a text at the same time. also the battery does run out more quickly then i would like.

- The widget sometimes proves quite difficult to use and if you happen to have quite large fingers then texting can be quite hard too.

+ This product was easy to get started & understand how the features work.

- The only bad point about this phone is the battery life is short. You can make a few long calls & the battery life goes.

- The touch screen is very sensitive. Whilst on phone numbers and stuff easy to get pressed. You cant have your own music for message tones like most phones. Its not very loud when ringing.

- texting is horrible. playing games is too hard - the touch screen isnt responsive and accurate enough for proper gaming. i miss having real buttons to press, music management and navigation is slow and difficult (reading from the memory card), the samsung pc studio software (suppplied) isnt very good, not enough freedom of phone settings to make it how I want it

- the only bad point about the phone is that when i txt i keep changing the language and txt style which is really annoying! i dont think that these buttons should be on the same screen!!!!!

- Texting can take longer than with keys

+ The camera is amazing!! The best I have seen on a mobile phone. I also like the music player and the music recognition software. The touch screen to a bit of getting used to but now I have I wouldnt want to go back to a normal keypad.

- No games on the phone which is a minor flaw.

+ Easy to use, looks great, lightweight, best phone i've ever had.

- Scrolling down is a bit tricky but not a real problem as I can use the side button.

+ The Tocco is an amazing piece of kit, the functionality is exceptional and the touch screen is perfect. Arguably the best touch screen phone on the market, in my opinion. The phone not only works well but also looks great.

- The only gripe i have with the phone is the battery life and perhaps this is simply down to me previously having had a Sony Ericsson with very good battery life.

- The keypad, when texting, is difficult to use, especially with the language button below the cancel button. I keep on accidentally pressing that instead. It would be better if it had the ability to connect via wifi to the internet.

+ It's user friendly, compact and the touch screen very responsive. I had previous experience using touch screen mobiles before and this one is by dar the best.

+ Camera quality is fantastic, battery life was good - about 2/3 days but i had just got it & only kept the phone for 2 weeks.

- Could not get to grips with the touch screen. When you mean to touch one number, you touch another, when you are scrolling through it goes too fast. There's the widgets on the left side which are shortcuts to things like 'messages' or 'calendar' & cos it's sensitive they kept moving to my screen saver.
Video quality was rubbish too - all patchy. The 1st time i used the video, it only recorded for 12 SECONDS. I had a Samsung G600 b4 the tocco & it would only record short videos but i thought it was cos i had lots on my memory but with the tocco- i had nothing on the memory & it still only recorded the 12 seconds.
I now have a Sony Ericsson W995 & LOVE IT!!

+ A very stylish phone, often gets mistaken for the i-phone, I take pride in telling people its actually a Samsung! The features are great, simple to use, and unlike many previous touch screen phones, the screen is very responsive and accurate. The battery seems to last forever!! Would certainly recommend
