+ Everthing else on the phone is good and very on point,its very good and fast when you click on every feature and the web browsing is brilliant and very effective.

- The music part of the phone needed more attention and the earphones that come with it are a pain to use.

+ The touch screen is incredibly easy to use and there are plenty of functions and features which are intuitive and easy to use. The camera is excellent and it holds the signal very well.

- The ear piece volume is very low on calls and often you have to strain to hear the other caller if you are in a noisy environment and the battery does not last much longer than 2 days with minimal use (texting and a few short calls) with much heavier use of the more power hungry features (longer calls, camera, games) I suspect the battery will not last very long at all.

+ it is easy to use for the internet etc the camera and video are excellent on the phone and listening to music is also very good and mobile tv is easy to use and excellent quality

- the battery runs out very quickly and to play games on the phone for some reason wont come up

+ It's small, stylish and very easy to use when you have figured out the buttons! The widget is extremely useful, and makes your phone more accessible.

- Text messaging if you have dainty fingers is fine. If you have bigger fingers, it can cause problems, as you push more buttons than you are supposed to!

- Buttons keep on freezing, Calls ending when you are on the phone because of the touch screen, very limited features that would be used on a daily basis In all honesty If I could get out of my contract and change my phone I would do it immediatley

+ Love everything about it (really)! The keypad is hard to get used to at first but after that -no problems!!

- Sometimes after being on the phone my screen freezes for awhile so I can't use any access anything.

+ This is the first touch screen i have had. i was really worried about writing messages and pressing the wrong key, as my hands are rather large. But i can fault it, probably text faster than my old d600. Camera is really good 5m pixel/ like the smile recognition. web browsing is quick and easy.

- only comes with 1 game. not much of a problem. only had it 4 months so no major problems yet.

+ The phone is good looking and stylish and very trendy, the minute you pull it out your pocket u have a good few people asking what make of phone and what model it is. Then once they have had a shot they are smitten. Just like i was.

- The phone often crashes when opening up text messages and can be slow at times but other then this the phone is a greta all rounder.

- The volume when speaking to someone on a call is quite quiet even when on full, you have to remember to lock the screen when you take or make a call so you don't accidently cut the other person off.

- Drops Connection a lot but this maybe down to network rather than the phone.

+ Picture quality is excellent, crystal clear even in the dark .

- volume not very loud for phonecalls, struggle to hear the person you are talking to if its even a little bit noisey around you.

- you can default predictive text on texting only so when you are writing calender entries or memos you have to change over to predictive text each time. The space bar on the text screen could better situated as it is very close to the ok button so you can quite often go in and out of the texting screen, which is a little annoying

- You can't get rid of the screensaver, it's hard to jump from the sent box to inbox quickly
