+ Very easy to use..

- battery life aint very good..

+ good to browse on the web, but this isn't the only phone that allows you to surf on the web so its not something different to other phones!

- I would never ever buy a touch screen phone, its hard to use especially when it doesn't have the pen! which the samsung tocco didn't have!

+ The phone overall is quite a good one.

- The battery doesn't last as long as it should to support the software but it's not too bad.

+ The general look and feel of this phone is really good and navigating around the menus is easy. The picture quality isn't bad and sending texts is quicker with the virtual keyboard.

- Navigating though the phonebook isn't easy as the menu either scrolls too quickly or too slowly and the search function seems very poor. Also, you can only get 3-4 names on the screen at once, which is a pain if you have 100's of names. Likewise, the music software isn't very good either and although the general sound quality isn't bad it does lack bass.

- vodaphone reception seems appalling compared to o2. I will probably change back to o2 when contract expires. Sound quality is bad on phone as I dont seem to be able to increase the volume sufficiently for loudspeaker.

+ User friendly design, easy to text and email on, touchscreen good sensitivity, picks up good signal

- Battery life not that great although it does last about 48 hours, Internet slow if not in 3g areas

+ All in all a very good mobile phone and great value for money

- it texts slow, constantly scared Im going to break it, it picks up finger prints, and it has bad sound quality in calls, it also finds it hard to have more than two signal bars at any given time.

- Rubbish games on it and sometimes tricky to use your keypad when on the phone making a call.

- camera is very bad the shutter speed is terrible and picture quality on screen isnt very good,

+ The amount of storage space for music, videos and pictures is great! The design and protective cover which comes as an attatchment is really good and prevents damage to the screen. The key pad takes a couple of days to get use to (like all new phones) but the screen is big which makes typing messages easy.

- There was suppose to be an application called 'music recognition' on the samaung phone but it was not on the phone when i bought it. The camera is good quality but takes a while to take a picture, which is not so good on drunken nights out!

+ I love this phone, It is great. I love the size, it fits in my purse! I also like the emails and the web. I always feel connected.

- I just wish it had Sat Nav, then it truely would be the best phone.

+ The phone is compact, and simply laid out, takes no time at all to get used to. The Tocco is a nice enough phone, but the little features that are important to me just didn't cut it on this phone.

- Having to use the touch screen in call for navigating telephone systems with 'press 1 for...., 2 for...' is annoying, text message entry is frustrating, and there are limited customisation features. The widgets are selected from a pre determined list, so you cannot choose links to options of your own choice, bookmarks list in order of saving, which is also annoying.

- The really bad point on the phone is the reception in certain areas its absolutely rubbish a couple of my friends are on t mobile and have never had a problem.. Also the phone crashes a lot and will not let you do anything so the only way to solve it is to take the battery out and leave it 5 mins and then turn it back on

- The touch screen can be annoying. If you have big fingers, it triggers the wrong keys - even if you haven't actualy pressed them! I don't think I have particularly large hands by the way...and still get frustrated with the touch scren at tmes. However, I generally am pleased with my purchase and would recommend this phone. Ear piece in the head phones not user friendly - keep falling out!! Prefer the type of head phones supplied with the Sony Ericsson phones. The ear pieces come in differennt sizes, so you can choose the one that fits best!

+ I really like the phone it looks great and has some really great features. i like the drop down menu and how easy it is to use the touch screen phone. The battery life is pretty good and the phone is light and sweet.

- The camera is really fuzy , it looks a great picture at first then it goes all blurry!!! i thought it was gonna be alot better. I also dont like that you cant delete the screen savers asi really dont like them.

+ It is nice and slim, classy looking and it does'nt weigh to heavy.

- It switches off to quickly when in the middle of texting or retrieving a number.

- The battery life is absolutely appalling and enough of an inconvenience to make me consider changing telephones.
The sound quality when making/receiving calls is occasionally poor, especially when calling between Tocco to Tocco phones.
The touch pad frequently fails to respond to touch.
I find it annoying that a standard Samsung car telephone charger does not work with this particular telephone. although an almost similar shape and size it does not fit - it is hard not to feel 'ripped off' when it would appear that the design has been changed solely to appropriate further revenue.

+ it looks nice and trendy,enjoy the portacbility of msn whilst on the move. love the video and music features.

- cuts out half way through calls sometimes restarting itself, internet doesn't always work, some times it freezes and when i restart the phone i get lots of texts from hours earlier that I hadn't recieved. The keypad for texting is annoying as the ok button is right under the space so it keeps going back to the main bit of the text and the dictionary doesn't save new words so you have to type them in each time. The lock on it doesn't always work and it unlocks itself in your bag or pocket. Sometimes it's very hard to hear someone you are talking to and the hearing volume is too low even at full volume. If you recieve 2 messages at the same time and it displays in the events after reading one it goes back to the widget and you have to go through the menu to get backk to your texts.

+ the sound quality is fantastic. it is generally an all round good phone

- it can be a bit hard to navigate when you first try it if you are not used to touch screen phones, but once you get used to it its not a problem.

+ This is a beautiful looking phone and is very small/compact to take around with you.The battery life is very good too which lasts my 4/5 days.It is a very sleek phone with 3G connectivity and also web browsing.The 5 megapixel camara is very good and quite clear.But however the camara flash is a little too bright so is not good for using in dark conditions.This phone is for you if you like a sleek phone with a few features but not too many.

- However,when I recieved my phone after purchase I was quite disappointed with the features.I was expecting more features like Windows Mobile as the Samsung Omnia and Piczon do have and had very little features for my liking of expectation.If you like Windows Mobile or more specific features this phone is not for you.I would reccommend you get the Samsung Omnia or the latest Samsung out,Piczon which the Piczon has 8 megapixel camara which is good one the go.

+ The phone looks very stylish and compact. The camera is great, easy to use and takes good quality pictures for a mobile phone.

- The battery life is really poor, lasts a maximum of 2 days with general use. The touch screen is slightly too sensitive whilst online. The hold key also sticks now and again.

+ Phone is good overall. Would love to have it windowe compatiable so I can use for work however all round good phone but SAMSUNG generally do deliver a good product.

- being a man and having larger fingers it can be frustrating sometimes hitting the wrong key.

- the only thing that can be slightly annoying is when you are on the phone and then need to type in numbers you have to press a few buttons ust to get the numberpad up

+ nice looking phone, ideal if you have petite fingers.

+ The camera is of a very high quality and i even found it produced a better image than my own digital camera.

- The keypad for text messages does take a while to get used too as you find that you press the wrong button.

+ This phone is amazing! I've had it a month and the novelty still hasn't worn off! Excellent web browsing and email features, really simple to use and very very smart!!

- It takes a while to connect when phoning someone, but compared to everything else its not really an issue!

+ I love the touch-screen feature which enbles me to operate my phone differently from my other friends.It makes me feel BAM. Also, the compactness and size is just right ; i am able to slip the phone into my breast pocket without feeling the bulge like in other phones.

- It is very difficult to scroll through names with the touch screen feature. It moves too fast. It is also difficult to make certain types of call ; especially the types where you need to put in one or more numbers during the call.

- the touch screen is very sensitive i found it difficult at first and after a night out even worse. But i have had it now for 4 weeks and loving it more and more everyday.

+ this phone looks fantastic and it doesn't disappoint. it is easy to use once you have mastered the touch screen.

- it takes some getting used to - texting can take a bit longer initially but after using it for a couple of weeks it is no problem at all. the battery life isn't very good compared to my last phone (a sony ericsson).

+ Love how you can organise the important things in the side toolbar, easy to get at and looks really smart.

- The screen sticks after only 4 months of use. Its impossible to use without looking at it. Other mobiles can be use without looking at it as you can feel the buttons. Volume level does not go loud enough, its ok in quiet settings but useless in a loud environment. All Samsungs I've had usually have a fault within a few months of use. I'll be back to Nokia when the contract runs out, they are more reliable.

- Scrolling address book function. Never lands on the contact you are trying to dial. Takes a few seconds srolling up and down before it lands on the right contact.

+ The phone has mostly all good points i have not yet found anything that i really dislike apart from the keypad for texting.

- keypad is not as bad as some of the phones i have used with touch screen but i have to allow more time to send texts... as its obviously not going to be as easy as using a push button.

- Camera quality looks poor on screen but is excellent when uploaded to computer or printed. battery life is not great but is easily adequate

- Not cusomisable enough, no search function for music so you have to manually skim through all albums/artists to find what you want. Shuffle feature for music is poor, repeats songs too often.
