+ Easy to use, good haptic technology feedback from the touch screen, excellent camera, fair battery life, smart, compact, stylish.

- No Wi-Fi capability.

+ You have the chance of an 8gb memory in a card. The Samsung PC studio is very good allowing you to take off important information and also for downloading items such as birthdays/anniversaries in the organiser by using a keyboard (less time consuming). Still really finding new things about my Tocco. Has a better memo for jotting down notes as really I wanted something that would cover phone & pda but not too big and bulky. It goes a little way there! Have managed to drag across word and excel documents and although a bit fiddly you can read the information on the documents - a definite good point!!!

- Signal is not very strong. Other phones I've had motorola, nokia have a really good signal. When texting you have to keep having to highlight T9Ab every time you want a capital because there is no symbol on the keypad to just let you shift up to a capital letter. Maybe they could have added this button where the EN is because generally you choose what language your phone is going to be used on so why need a button to change it to another language.

+ EXCELLENT PHONE AND FEATURES, SLEEK DESIGN AND FAIRLY EASY TO USE (ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE USED TO THE SAMSUNG MENUS) WASN'T SURE WHETHER TO GET THIS PHONE BUT FELL FOR IT WITHIN THE FIRST DAY I HAD IT AND WOULDNT SWAP IT FOR ANY OTHER PHONE (OK MAYBE THE I-PHONE)

- TOUCHSCREEN TAKES A BIT OF GETTING USED TO FOR TEXTING BUT DON'T ALL NEW KEYPADS? HAS DROPPPED A FEW CALLS BUT I THINK THIS IS A POOR RECEPTION/3G ISSUE AND HAPPENS RARELY (ALTHOUGH ANNOYING WHEN IT DOES). CAMERA IS GOOD BUT YOU HAVE TO AUTOMATICALLY ADJUST EACH PHOTO AS THEY LOOK BLURRED TO BEGIN WITH (THE IN BUILT ADJUSTMENT SORTS THIS OUT AND ITS MAINLY THE PREVIEW NOT THE DOWNLOADED PIC THAT LOOKS ROPEY)

+ easy to use, touch screen extremely responsive the haptic feedback works really well

- the only bad point for me is the camera doesn't have a xenon flash it just uses a standard LED which makes photos in low light condition quite poor!

- only one when u are on the phone your ear keeps touching the screen and putting the phone down as the touch screen is very sensative

- Software freezes, touch screen is poor, and you must pres the screen lock when you answer a call or the pressure of your ear on the screen will disconect you

+ Its a sleek, modern design, that's very easy to use, even though it takes some time to get use to the touch navigation. The camera is amazing, and is very good quality with lots of extra features. The internal memory is also good.

- The only down point is that this phone is not the best for music, the volume is not very loud, and the music player is not as high tec as you'd expect.

+ The overall stylish design of this phone is very pleasant. Its ease of use is almost idiot proof. The camera is simple, messaging, e-mail, web navigation and game play are simply the best I've come accross

- There is only one bad point I have found in the month that I've had the phone and that is with the touch screen. Probably not designed for mens fingers as you can tend to hit the wrong thing and it will take you back meaning you will have to start again or it will take you to the next menu, where you don't want to go. But this I've found to be only minor.

+ The phone's pretty smart, and has a good range of features, set out in an interesting way.

- Two handsets have broken on me in 2 months...the first two months I have had the phone...The speakers have broken, so everything is very very quiet, despite being on top volume. Also, the screen lock key jams, so sometimes you have to press it a good few times for it to register. Next, when writing a message, the space button is too close to the ok button, so it is easy to accidentally press the wrong one. Also, my handset cuts out on calls 10 seconds in, even when signal and battery are fine. Overall, I would probably think these problems were a one-off with my handset, but unfortunately, I have had two handsets with the same problems, therefore leaving me to believe there are a few serious flaws with the design.

+ The Tocco F480 is so simple to use. Everything is done by touch and it has bags of features so that you can store whatever you need. The music player is one of the best with a superb crystal clear sound prodction. Web browsing is simple and quick so there's no waiting around to download those favourite tunes and wallpapers. All in all I think it's the best phone Samsung has produced yet.

- If I had one niggling bad point to make it would be the keypad. Although it is easy to use, it is easy to hit the wrong keys too. I often find myself looking at the language section rather than having entered a letter in my text. Also it is easy to find you have eneded the text before you have really finished because you have caught the okay key instead of the space key.

+ I love the style of this phone, the touch screen is perfect no faults with that! The camera and video quality is great. The layout is very good, i like the way you can drag and drop toolbars onto the main dusplay screen, Graphics on the internet browser are also very good.

- The sound...i cannot stand how low the volume is on everything, whether its ringing, or you are playing music. Unless i have my phone in my hand i cannot hear it ringing at all. If the speaker is slightly covered you cannot hear a thin. MEMORY I receive loads off text messages, this mobile should hold 600 messages as it says on my memory status yet i only have 200 and it is full. Im so dissapointed in samsung for this because i have an older samsung phone ( E840) which currently has 1000 messages in and is still not full. You would think the newer the phone the better the memory but obviously that's not the case. If the messages could be saved to my memory card the phone would be perfect but unfortunately you can't

+ The Tocco is a very stylish phone and looks good, is easy to use and the widget is very handy for easy access to frequently used applications, the vibrate function on selection is good too!

- Texting can be a bit of a pain, if hit 'ok' before finishing off txt, then need to go hit the keyboard again in order to finish text off.

+ good all rounder has drag and drop which is very handy and picture quality is 10/10

- sound basic and not loud enough and bluetooth connection could be better (pairing)

- Screen is difficult to keep clean would be good if it came with a pocket glove.

- Not easy to schroll through phonebook or view list of items like missed calls. Not very loud ringtones.

+ I love this phone, I had read some bad reviews about difficulty txting and was worried as I mostly use my phone for txts but I find it really simple just as easy as a phone with a keypad and I think the numerical touchscreen pad is much better than the ipod touch qwerty keyboard that is displayed

- I can find it difficult if I need to activate the touch screen during a call, eg while retrieving voicemail, it is easy to bring up a the on screen keypad, but when I then place the phone back to my ear I find myself inadvertantly pressing the buttons with my face.

+ the phone is stylish

- the phone keeps freezing touch screen does not work for roughly 1-2 mins

- should have more set up stlyes i e menu colour etc

+ I think this phone is brilliant. At first i was worried it would take a lot of getting used to as it is a touch screen but it really doesn't and i've rarely had to look at my user manual. I can't really pick fault with it and it comes with a case to prevent the screen getting scratched which i like. The memory is brilliant as well. My message inbox is almost full and i have loads of pictures, videos and music but it hasn't slowed the phone down at all.

- If you had larger fingers it may be difficult to access some things without pressing other buttons accidently however this isn't a problem for me. Also, sometimes the phone cannot keep up with you if you are texting too quickly for example.

+ it looks great, easy to use you can e mail, great camera, good for internet use

- battery doesnt last very long if using it a lot

+ It's a very nice looking phone to look at. The small and compact design is a nice feature as well. The screen is bright. The camera is nice and is quite good for taking pictures instead of a digital camera.

- Well there are many. You cannot enter addresses just numbers and names. The keypad is not good for texting at all.

+ The touchscreen is not difficult to use, and is easy to navigate through the menu.

- The signal is easily lost

- It locks and unlocks itself, it phones people when it's in your bag, it takes ages to do a text message. When doing a text it selects any letter other than the one that you've pressed for. It connects to the internet when in your bag.

+ the phone is all round good!! its easy to use looks good and is just cool. the battery is long lasting. the camera is great, web browsing is easy to. i dont think there is anything bad aboutthis phone and i am glad i choose it.

+ every think about this phone screams style. its so easy to use once u get the hang of the touch screen. the 5mp camra is really good and eaasy to use.

- it takes a bit longer to text then wot it normaly would due to the touch screen

+ This phone is small compact and very user friendly. Even my half blind grandmother could use it.

- unfortunately the phone has a flimsy screen cover supplied with phone that does not always protect the screen and overtime the touch screen may get scratched or worse.

+ The camera and features are really good on this phone, the messaging is easy to use and all very straight forward.

- The battery only lasts a few days and when you are on low battery it only lasts about an hour before it dies, so doesn't give you much warning.

+ The large screen makes day to day use of the phone very simple. There is no scrolling when it comes to reading or sending texts. Music and other items are easy to transfer between pc and phone.

- The touch screen can run away with itself if scrolling through some of the menu's.

+ A great looking phone, easy to use and featuring speedy internet access - I was dubious at first having read other reviews but I've found no problems in using it at all. The battery life is fine so long as you don't thrash the thing with hours of internet surfing and MP3 playing so again no problems from my end. Glad I got one!

- It's not the loudest phone ever so you might be likely to miss the odd call (the vibrate mode isn't particularly powerful either).
People with 'sausage fingers' may have problems navigating the screens.

+ fantastic camera battery never seems to run out unlike other mobs have had in the past music is clear all round a really good phone best one by far

+ Small, light and looks snazzy which is exactly why I bought it. It feels well made even though it doesn't weigh much it feels solid. It's survived drops from a standing hand height and lived to tell the tale. The headphones it came with are exellent and it connected to my TomTom handsfree kit with no problem.

- Touch screen needs some work. The little flap over the media socket is the only bit that feels cheap and natty.

- No signal, so useless as a phone!
Phone must be locked after you dial a number otherwise the phone cuts off due to touch screen.
Phone cuts off during a phone call if someone sends you a text at the same time.

+ looks great, small and thin and light, canera is excellent.

- Video record only has 10 seconds on it. Somethings screen navigation is difficult, scrolling goes too quick you end up passing what ou want.

+ all in all this is a great phone the only thing that lets it down is that it does not have wifi the camera is good the sound quality is good the internet is great.

- like i said the only thing it lacks is wwifi and the batery could be a litle better .

+ sleek and cool looking, has a good camera, and is surprisingly robust.

- It takes a while to get used to touch screen texting, and is not as fast.

- I hate the fact that the documents that come with the phone don't give you all the information that you need. Like how do i save birthday onto the phone etc. I don't want to go on the web and find out, it should be in the books supplied with the phone

+ Really pleased with the phone, camera quality is brilliant and touch screen is not too sensitive so easy enough to adapt to from a normal phone. Definately would recommend to anyone!

+ The big screen is great whilst browing the web , the touch screen is eay to use most of the time. The phone itself is stylish and compact.

- At times it can be difficult to text using the touch screen, the battery life is quite poor.

+ The phone is lovely to use, never jars or freezes as i have found with past touch screens and looks amazing, definately worth it for the wow factor.

- The battery life isnt essentially bad, however i find that the battery can remain on three bars for upto 3 days and then go from 3 bars to no battery in a space of hours. This isnt very helpful when out and about as charging is practically impossible. If the battery gradually deteriorated, then if a day trip was coming up and the phone was on 2 bars, then I would know to charge it.
i find it a bit annoying that you cannot input words that you know the phone will not recognise when you have it in predictive text mode. Often i write something, it isnt recognised and have to scroll through all the options before being able to add my own word in. It would be much less time consuming if you had the option to enter a word without having to change it to manual text entry or scroll through options.

+ Very good looking fun phone. Love the case that comes with it. Loved playing with the touch screen

- Poor battery life. Really bad camera!! If anything moves even slightly the picture will be blurred. Needs to catch up with Sony Ericsson!

+ This phone is good because the keyboard islike a normal phone keypad with the numbers and the buttons are large and easy to use unlike a qwerty keyboard on the other touch phine, the widgets are also good, a little big for screen if you have more than one, if you have used a samsung phone before theres nothing new about the features really the menu is the same, the phione is touch screen but i find that it is still very easy to use

- the only thing i find bad about it is you put the phone on the side to take pictures and this means that the pictures come out sideways and sometimes it can be difficulty if you use them as wallpaper as the cut off either side

- Could have done with a pen for it as when texting tend to press wrong buttons. Battery life very poor and every phone I have made it has cut me off and I have had to re-dial. Every few days freezes on me and screen was responsive at first but after a few weeks extreemly slow. As yet I have not managed to go online with it keeps giving me a error code.

+ Overall it is an excellent phone, its stylish, sleek, and easy to use, should come with a blue tooth headset to complete the package...

- the sound quality can be rather poor, have to be carefull when talking on the phone though as you could accidently disconnect someone.

+ totally fantastic phone, covers everything Im looking for in a phone, always said I would never own a touch screen phone, hated them, but this is fantastic, photos are as good as a lot of digital cameras, very easy to text with, I wouldnt be without it now.

+ I like samsung Tocco alot. I waited for a long time to get a phone that really had my kind of features. I didnt not rilly fancie Iphone. i saw the samsung Tocco used for the first time from my manager and immediately i knew i wanted to buy it. So far i am loving the phone and am not considering exchanging it for anything for now. The sleek and balck and pocket sized phone is just appropriate for me. The touch screen and widget features is a good innovation to the phone. The camera is a 5.0 mega pixel with flash features, great for taking superb pictures on the move. The navigation around the menu is very ok. The battery life lasts me 2-3 days fully charged because i use my phone for listening to my music radio, and web facilities. I recommend the samsung Tocco to anyone looking to buy a similar phone.

- The only feature missing is the wifi function. watching Mobile TV could be a little blurry. other than these i love my phone

- The 5 megapixal camera is very poor. the 3 megapixal of the samsung u600 is better quality! very disappointed in the camera itself.

- ring tones not very loud

+ This Phone is quite straight forward to use, The phone itself has many features that i still havent found yet, the keypad also is very good and quite responsive. the 5MP camera on the phone is ok, a bit blury if your out and about and in strong sunlight, but in normal conditions, its fine for a phone camera, the battery life is very impressive! mine seems to last for ages without a charge! so five stars for that. overall good phone, but will fall out of fashion easy.

- The sound quality from the handset is poor, compaired to nokia N95 and even other Samsung models. However it does come with a nice headset with a 3.5mm headphone jack (converter plug is included as you cannot plug 3.5mm direct into the phone) but a good sound come from these as long as the sound is up FULL. Also, my phone has a bad habbit of clicking off in mid call? i dont know whether there is a fault with my handset, or if it is when u get out of range and it just shuts the call off.

+ the camera is good and the music is good and the design is quite good

+ The Samsung Tocco is very sleek and sylish looking. The touch screen makes operating the phone simple. The features of the phone are perfect for personal use.

- Battery life is short in comparision to other phone makes.

+ Slim and sexy looking phone whic fits easily in your pocket and much smaller than the iphone which is a big plus in my point of view. The touch screen works really well and once you have got to used to it, you wonder how you ever worked any other button type of phone!

- The user manual which comes with this phone is woefully inadequate. Luckily there are lots of forums and advice on the internet if you get stuck. THe manual only gives you the barest minimum of operating instructions. Also there are very few games out there which you can play...because of the operating system of the phone I guess. Thats where the iphone beats the tocco.

+ The phone has excellent ease of use functions, great music applications and brilliant web browsing technology, style is un-matched by any other brand and the 5megapixle camera can easily out rank the leading camera manufactures.

- Battery life could be better, however it depends on how often you use the camera as this uses the most power.

+ IT LOOKS GOOD AND MOST THINGS ARE EASY TO USE.

- THE SIGNAL IS VERY BAD. ALSO WHILST IN A CALL IT LOSES ITS SIGNAL ALL THE TIME THATS IF YOU HAVE A SIGNAL TO CONNECT TO ANY ONE IN THE FIRST PLACE.

+ Everything, there is abulutly nothing wrong with it. the sounds great, its so sensitive, the battery life is amazing, iternets fab. its brilliant. i have recomended it it to 3 of my friends and after they tried mine they all got it

+ Camera quality, when one can eventually figure out how to use it.

- Text features are severely lacking. Where are the emoticons that matter so much in this medium? Also cannot set the display font large enough, eg the icons do not enlarge. This phone was sold to me as suitable for the partially sighted (as I am). I am very disappointed and feel frustrated.

+ Music player and camera are great. Memory on phone is great also. Widget screen is a fun feature - ability to drag and drop items. The screen itself is large and of great quality.

- Touch Screen takes a bit of getting used to, after a few days this is totally fine though. Texting can be a bit fidgety sometimes, can be slow.
