+ easy to use and a good quality phone which i know will last.

- taken away feature from previous model, which is the charging box which moved up and down to indicate how far charged the phone was. not able to work the MP3 player, instructions not cleat enough.

+ E720 is a great price and easy to use with the top quality features.excellant camera and video producing great images.

- the volume on the phone is nt very loud even when on highest volume and its a shame you cant change message tones as the tones are limited.

- IT TAKES PHOTOS IN YOUR POCKET ALL THE TIME. VERY OFTEN YOU SWITCH THE CAMERA ON WHEN OPENING PHONE. POOR SOUND AS WELL
