+ LOOKS GOOD AND EASY TO NAVIGATE AROUND

- BATTERY NEEDS CHARGING MORE OFTEN THAN MY LAST SAMSUNG

+ I use a phone for phone and text so other features aren't important. I love how the phone looks and its small. Big screen and keys not too small.

- I've put battery life because everything else is really brill. It usually lasts 3 days, which is less than my last phone (D500).

- I bought this phone as a present for my step-daughter, she has to charge it daily & now we find that she isn't receiving her text messages that we've sent & we find it very difficult to call her & she can't call us without having to switch the phone off & then restarting it.

+ Slimline and easy to use. On the whole I love my phone

- Battery only lasts 2 days. it does not have an insert symbols option when you are on T9 text and you have to turn it to T9 text every time you want to write one.

- The synchronisation software does not work properly with this phone. Sync/data software and cable not supplied with the phone.

+ The phone looks good and is very scratch resisent and i have drop it a few times too with no damage!

- The amount of time it takes to send a mesage you have to go send then to phone book then pick the number press confirm then press send, a bit of a task i'm sure you would agree.

- I'm missing a few applications, such as Coundown timer, more ringtones for groups, I couldn't open a JPG picture and use it as a background when transferred via Bluetooth from other Samsung phone (SGH-Z40).

+ nice looking phone.its a good size and not too light. easy to use. the screen is a good size and it is user friendly. you dont need to be too technical to use it !

- the hands free option is good but not very loud / clear. could be better.
also the vibrate option would be good.

- The Battery Life of the Phone. It can be fully charged in the morning and empty by the evening with very little use inbetween

- Takes forever for the My Images/Pictures folder to open. And then also for the separate images to be displayed.
