+ It's a great little phone for makng and receiving calls and text messages.All the features of a techi phone without the techi stuff, no need for camera etc.if you just want a phone for the phone, this is great. Small neat and easy to operate, lots of features and gizmos but essentially a phone.

+ A very good value for money phone with excellent looks and functions, I have purchased the phones for the older genoration as the display is so clear compared with other budget price phones, Software a little to complex for some but as a starter phone or a simple older persons phone excellent..

+ I bought this phone from my nine year old son who is not the most careful kid in the world! The phone is chunky and robust and would be difficult for even him to break.

- The sound quality is not brilliant. Especially when all the features are switched on. It's difficult to keep your temper sometimes when it is being slid up and down constantly with a tinny sound playing. Apart from that it's great value for money.

- when trying to read the IMIE number on the screen, it kept going off after only about 5 seconds. i could not register online as the IMIE no. had forward slashes + it wasn't accepted online.
