Easy to fit and maintain.
Looks good and does what it says on the tin.

- Lack of second shelf.
Does not show temperature and have to guess if between temperature guides on the operating knob.

- Controll knobs are chunky and obscure the bottom reading of the dial. When cleaning the front and touching the centre controll knob it keeps altering the digital reading, there needs to be a lock to stop this.

+ Easy to understand the controls - no unnecessary features.

- Temperature markings could be made clearer - have to bend down close to see degree markings.

+ This oven is outstanding, so good in fact that this purchase was the second one for a family member whose oven gave up a month after ours. This easy to use oven with two great features, the preheat and the time countdown have become invaluable.

- Instructions are a little vague and cleaning is a little difficult but then most ovens are.

What more could you ask an oven to do?

- No separate grill pan included

+ Easy to operate; looks appropriate to my new kitchen. Too soon to comment about energy consumption but hopefully will live up its rating.

+ Very happy with my new oven, its far lighter and therefore was easier to install than my previous oven. It looks good and matches my samsung ceramic hob. Heats up quickly, and beeps to let you know when its up to temp, the fast pre-heat option is also very good. The timer is simple to use and the 3 temp grill is also very efficient. All in all a great product.

- Only 1 oven shelf supplied, but to be honest that hasnt been a problem so far.

- The dials are not designed for under counter use, but this is a common problem with oven design at the moment, you won't find many that are.

+ The pre-heat setting is great - letting you know when it reaches temperature by beeping means it takes the guess work out of heating the oven to the right temperature. It has a very large cooking space inside and also looks really stylish. Some people have said you can't see the indicator groove on the dials but we didn't find that a problem.

- Lack of a grill pan may cause some problems to people.
