+ its nice to look at

- its hard to use outside, it turns itself off all the time, its slow changing tracks for music its also slow looking through pictures. Even though there is a sunlight mode its still hard to see in the sun!! when on a call if u need to press a number u have to unlock the phone go into the numbers section hit what u want then lock it again a true pain wish i had never got it

+ It is a beautiful phone, I adore it and it has lots of useful features BUT...

- it's annoying! the touch screen gets confused, this leads to text messaging taking far too long so I'll only text if i need to. Likewise for the other features...

+ It is very compact and looks good, the photo quality is good.

- The touch screen takes a lot of getting used to, it is difficult to key in numbers (and even harder letters) whilst mid-call.
