+ i like the way it looks. the music sound good through speakers

- it doesnt come with head phones so you can listen to the music.it doesnt come with a memory card and cant use it without.

+ small and compact nice phone

+ I really love the look/design (I have white version), nice size/weight (feels slim and robust but not heavy) and keypad is really easy to use and not too fiddly/close together like some. Battery lasts really well. (When I went to Holland recently for 4 days I forgot my charger but I didn't need it. The battery didn't run down anywhere near completely).

- Screen quality is not great and text is quite pixellated but ok. No themes to personalise your phone for free. Locating individuals in contacts list is longwinded - a facility to group contacts and see them as folders would make this easier. There are often too many "steps" to a function eg calendar appointments. Some things are hard to find eg ringtones (took me ages to find them). Alarm sounds stop too soon - doesn't wake me so effectively useless - it should be continuous till you switch it off...

- the screen is very poor quality and cracked within three days of having it. we have been unable to purchase a replacement screen without spending as much as the phone cost originally.

+ all of the features on this phone are really easy to use and with a memeory card you canb put quite a lot of music on a 512mb memory card

- Poor picture & sound quality. Phone didnt come with in-car charger, USB leads etc (I thought all phones came with these as standard). One of the reasons I bought this phone was due to the fact it plays MP3s - I want to be able to download tracks using USB from my PC. I cant find any accessories for this phone anywhere.
