+ Very easy to use, only had a short while so not tried all the features. Looks easy to keep clean as grill concealed. Nice looking microwave. Controls more user friendly than my last one. Very good value for money.
- None that I can see so far, smaller than my last one but not a criticism as I knew the overall size when I bought it

+ Average microwave unit, Great grill and Oven I Love that it doesnt keep beeping after the food is done
- DOES NOT DEFROST IT JUST MICROWAVES AT FULL POWER FOR 15 SECS AND THEN SHUTS OFF FOR 15 THEN REPEATS SO IT RUINS ANYTHING YOUR TRYIN TO DEFROST
