+ I bought this for an 87yr.old man who was scared stiff of using one but having gone over it's uses with him, he is now hooked on it. Simple controls helped.

+ easy to use especially for my husband- when making his porridge. easy to keep clean. not to big for the work surface. does all i need a microwave to do.

- Timer only marks minutes so cannot be very precise.

+ Bought for my elderly Mother - so it's simple dials and ease of use made it a very good choice.

- Sometimes difficullt to the turntable dish correctly in slots in microwwave. Mirror front hard to keep clean

- Knobs seem very loose and setting specific time difficult. The timer knob desn't seem to work according to my time - rather its' own

+ It does the job as described, but just with a few flaws.

- The reason for my low rating is because of : 1) Spillages roll backwards and disappear into a join between two panels at the back of the microwave. This means I have to try and poke a cloth down the join with my finger nail to try and soak up the last of the spillage. It just seems ackward, and clearly sauce and soups in joins that can't be cleaned out, becomes a hygene issue as it starts to decompose and smell. 2) The microwave rattles as the it turns, though this may be just my unit.
3) I paid extra for a brand name because I hoped it to be better designed. It isn't.

+ I bought this for my 90yr old Mother-in-law so ease of use was essential. Very simple no fuss microwave. Capacity ideal for one or maybe two people.

+ It will do wha t it says on the tin.

- None that I can find . It is a good basic model. Could do with a list of cooking times.

- Dial for temperature doesnt click for each temperature. On defrost doesnt seem to work as it should. Was going to take it back as not sure if dial was right, but havent got round to it.

+ serve me well small but compact.

- i have diffuclty opening door ,as the mircowave moves when i pull on door. i have m.s so f ind this a prolem.
