+ The only good point is that it has taught me to spend more time on research before purchasing a new vacuum cleaner.

- I have more suction through a straw than this vacuum cleaner!! Its unbelievably bad, as it appears to be nothing more than a noisy brush. It certainly has no affect when vacuuming carpets and amazingly it can't even lift small particles from the tiled floor - it merely brushes these particles around the floor! It has 3 power settings which seem to adjust the noise level but don't increase the power. I had a Vax upright cleaner before, which was superb! It easily sucked dirt across the tiled floors with so much power that it even disturbed wall hangings. Unfortunately, it died (aged 2). The memorial service was quite emotional...

+ Small and easy to store.

- Filter clogs up easily due to small 2litre capacity, Plasctic bracket for fixing hoover tube upright broke first tim we used it.

- Loses suction very easily. Has to be cleaned out before you hoover everytime and even then suction not very good. Worst hoover i have ever bought

- needs to be cleaned out about 10 - 15 times while vacuuming a 3 bedroom house, looses sucksion very quickly, sucksion not strong and constant enough. not good for people who have children and dogs/cats

- Had to empty four times for one room due to filter clogging. Only a bit of dust in there but pet hair and carpet fluff clogged the filter. This was the second one purchased as the first one was missing a part. I took this one back and got my money back.

- Both filters quickly became blocked resulting in loss of suction. The filter inside the collection chamber filled with dust, pet hair etc. so the chamber wasn't collecting properly. This hoover is only suitable for a small house/flat, I wouldn't use it on a normal size 2/3/4 bedroomed house. I have given the hoover to my son for use on the wooden floors in his flat, ok for this purpose.

- Filer needs cleaning every 2 mins of vacuming or near total loss of suction

- its need emptying too often and the filter is always getting blocked!!

- Lifting handle is not obvious.It is too easy to mistake the handle for emptying tank for the handle.Then the whole thiong comes to bits!!!!!!!!
It needs a way of identifying the carry handle

+ Its small and compact which is perfect for me.

- Within the first use the hose cracked and broke and kept on cracking and breaking until there is nothing left of the hose which means I need to now apply for a new hose which is so inconvenient

+ Good design it looks nice. good suction power. excellent value for money compaired to over hoovers in the same price range

- Gets filled up quickley can be quiet tricky to put back togethe rafter emptying it

+ Small and light

- ALways mistaking filter handle with carring handle! Not quite powerful enough, regret not getting 2200watt.
