+ The best point about the product is the timer setting.
Secondly the design very modern & not too bulky.

Scatches easily if not careful.

- Too small, cut off too soon, poor shaped jug means dripping, difficult to clean filter, doesn't keep coffee hot enough, very poor value for money

+ ease of cleaning,non-slip feet,easy to fill, auto timer for morning coffee (or after work),style as i also have matching kettle ,toaster and pannini press.

- Does not keep the coffee warm.
Water tank leaks from valve when filling.
If you like strong coffee the filter does not hold enough and it blocks the in coming 'hot' water if you do.
Cleaning, well you can't as gains get trapped everywhere.

+ Matches other items from the range-expensive but looks great.

- sometimes it doesnt switch itself off so water splashes up-will keep an eye on it and return if it happens again.
Because the kettle is clear you can see build on the base which could be a pain to remove.

+ Very surprised when it arrived both in looks of the product and quality. Only had this for a month so cannot comment on its realiabilty as yet. But very pleased with the product.
