Roberts Gemini RD55 Reviews: DAB and FM

+ There is an input socket for an iPod/MP3 player.
It's simple to use.
Display is clear.
The record facility is hand, and doesn't add to the cost

- Really scraping the barrel .... but I bought the black version, but the mains lead is white - it spoils the look

+ Lts of features including recording. Good reception

- Rechargeable battries last around 5 hours not as much as specificaton stated

+ Lightweight, excellent stereo sound. Excellent technology (option to use memory card / ipod / MP3 player etc)

- Could benefit from a handle to allow portability

+ everything about this digital radio is great, it looks good, the sound is brilliant and it's easy to set up and use, if you haven't got one yet, your missing out

- Rubber flap covering SD card doesn't sit flush, muffled sound quality, no carrying handle, Not enough characters in display to show MP3 file info.

+ Cant really put it through its paces yet, as have no digital network. Looking forward to the recording facility !

+ It is fairly easy to use once you have played with it for a while - the pause function is great - the record function is brilliant. It looks great and Roberts is a great name in Radio.

- Could have easier buttons to record - sometimes loses reception for the briefest of time but still a little annoying.

+ All round excellent features. Very easy to use.
