Score 7.0/10+ It looks lovely and the reception and sound quality is fantastic, and after all that's the most important thing with a radio really. It takes rechargeable batteries and when it runs down you just plug it into the wall to power back up and you can continue to listen to it while you do. This is great for me as usually I forget to recharge batteries in advance. It can take normal batteries too.
- It takes a couple of seconds to "tune in" every time you turn it on. Unlike my old radio the display isn't on all the time so you can't use it as a clock when it's off. It was hard to find the switch for choosing between normal batteries and rechargeable batteries as the power source.
