+ Good sound

- No alarm to allow recording function to be set up in advance - can only record radio if user is present to turn on the record function at the time of broadcast.
Will only work with a 1MB SD card - limits recording ability

+ to be able to record directly from the radio is a bonus. Good dab reception

- Have trouble finding a reasonable fm programme.

+ water proof, so cannuse in bathroom.

+ The pico+ looks great,the size is just right,especially if you are going to use it in the bathroom or kitchen. The splashproof aspect of this radio is also very useful. I used it in my car and it performed much better than I expected. The mp3 feature is also a bonus.

- There is only one complaint, that is when you need to put the volume up you need to use both hands, and that can be quite awkward since I keep my radio in the bathroom and may need to adjust the volume while brushing my teeth or while shaving. Also. if you need to change the station you will need to use two hands, one to hold the radio so that it does not tilt back and the other to use the dial. This may not be a problem for someone who is going to keep it firmly against a wall, but if you take it elsewhere the problem will arise.

- sound isn't awsome but then it is a little box.

+ Lots of features can play MP3 very small good battery life.

- Cant choose MP3 easily cant do folders for MP3. Software generally needs updating. NO easy acess to volume control. Terrible Remote, shouldnt of bothered with it.

+ STYLISH, ONE FINGER OPERATION, EASY TO USE, GREAT SOUND QUALITY ESPECIALLY IF USING AS AN IPOD SPEAKER. ONE DAY IN THE SUMMER, WILL TRY THIS IN THE GARDEN!!

- BATTERY POWER DOESN'T SEEM TO BE THAT LONG

- Inability to accept SD card > 1Gb
Non-Intuitive controls for a technophobe. (my wife can't change the volume without the remote)
Inadequate battery capacity. I use the radio 30 minutes/day, 2 hours Sat (total 5 hours/week) and it needs to be charged twice weekly
A criticism of DAB generally (not this radio) is that in fringe areas (where I always seem to have lived), perfect reception one day can be followed by burbling mush the next, or even "station unavailable" if the weather changes.
An optional external aerial socket would be a boon for fringe users.
