Probably having the the choice of two fan assisted ovens instead of one

+ 2 ovens, plenty hob space with varying size of flame, particulary useful hot plate. solid well made feel to cooker. fan oven heats quickly. lid ( good if you dont want clean up straight away!!)

- grill door rests at an angle making it awkward to turn food over without removing the whole pan from the cooker,

+ It is stylish, and really compliments my kitchen. Having two ovens is fantastic. It is easy to keep clean and the timer for delayed cooking is fantastic. The lid enables the cooker to continue the work surface flow of work tops. All in all I am very happy with this product.

- The knobs are not as robust as much as I would have expected them. There is no wok cradle.

+ This Range cooker is one of very few with a glass top. We particularly wanted this design for practicallity and cosmetic purposes. The cooker is attractive to the eye and easy to use.

- There was no gas hose with the appliance.

Conventional ovens heat from the bottom so the top of the oven will be slightly hotter than the bottom. This is useful when you’re cooking lots of different dishes at a time. However, they do take a little longer than fan ovens to heat up. Fan ovens circulate the air so that you get an even temperature throughout the oven. They are quicker to heat up which means they save on energy and time. Multifunction ovens give you the flexibility to use different methods of cooking. They usually have both fan and conventional settings as well as pizza settings that will only cook from the bottom, giving you a crispy pizza, or top-only cooking that is very useful for browning.
Self Cleaning	Catalytic
Self-cleaning ovens can come with catalytic liners or pyrolytic programmes. Calalytic liners are the bumpy surfaces which line the inside walls of the oven. They absorb the food and grease and break it down so that the oven is easier to clean. Pyrolytic programmes run for a couple of hours and burn off all the grime in your oven at temperatures up to 500°C. As it gets so hot, the oven door usually locks so that all you need to do is sweep up the ash that’s left over at the end.
