- Ideally lack of iPod for alarm should fall-back to radio not a beep.

+ That you able to use a range of Ipods on the dock. The ease of tuning in radio stations and I liked the remote control which sits on the side of the dock.

- Not portable and cannot be used with the Ipod original classic.

+ Ease of use is a good feature, also with nuetral colours it blends into any design decoration, great sound quality and of course the ipod dock is a great feature which of course l wanted, a very nice little setup.

- With its design and looks and overall size l feel personly its an appliance which goes well mainly for a bedroom rather than a main room appliance, if thats a bad point then its the only one l can think of.

+ Easy to use, reasonable sound quality.

- The product has an automatic brightness feature that adjusts to suit the current ambient light. When the display is bright an audible high pitch noise is made by the unit. I don’t know if this is a fault on my unit or a design flaw.

- VERY POOR SOUND. THERE IS A CONSTANT HIGH PITCHED FEED BACK NOISE FROM THE SPEAKERS.

+ Looks good and is easy to setup and use.

- The sound is not great. At full volume it sounds like the speakers are being over driven with some rattling and generally poor sound quality. At low volume it is acceptable but still sounds like a small radio. I expected better sound quality given reviews I have seen elsewhere.

+ Looks good and has several features perhaps unexpected in a smallish apparatus eg remote hand set. Display is clear and well laid out, very easy to set up and use.

- Sound quality isn't great but that's maybe due to it being small.

- Would be easier to programme alarms if buttons were top-mounted rather than front-mounted. Setting alarms is complicated; poor quality sound at high volume: quality is fine at quieter volume

I like having a DAB radio alarm clock that also has the ipod facility; there aren't many (if any!) others around!
It's pretty easy to use

- The ipod connection is not as secure as I'd like; I have to 'wiggle' it until I get a clean connection.

- doesnt store time after power fail, just not loud enough and distorts.

+ The remote control is brilliant, as is the iPod dock! A really nicely designed product which works well and looks great. Setup was very easy and the speakers sound good in my bedroom.

- Buttons can be a bit fiddly and it's taken me a while to get used to setting the alarms properly, but they're just minor points.

+ Small and neat, fitting neatly into the corner of a bedside table. Controls are clear and simple to use.

- Slight high pitched whine can be heard whilst listening to the music. Mind you, I'm the one who has to get up, go through to the bathroom and shut the airing cupboard door because I can hear the clock on the timer ticking!

+ Excellent design, good sound quality, easy to use features eg setting alarm time.

- Auto dimming feature on the clock is irritating as it is not easy to see during the day

+ Small, can take anywhere in my house, great sound, love the snooze feature. Sleekand sophisticated looking, hasn't been out of use since I received. I love it!!!

+ Really good quality sound, easy to use very versatile with DAB, iPod, alarm and radio.

- When setting the alarm for week days, you can't specify a particular set of days. You have to have Monday to Friday instead of i.e. Monday, Wednesday and Friday. This is a pain because my wife works part-time but gets up earlier than me, so I have to keep turning the alarm on and off during the week.

+ Low power consumption. Relatively easy to use. The unit automatically tunes to all available DAB staions and I'm quite impressed with reception and general sound quality. The alarms can be set for just weekdays and different at weekends which is quite useful.

- The LCD clock is difficult to see unless it is at the same level as the bed. The menu is a little fiddly and takes some getting used to.

+ Style, price and Ipod connection.

+ Like the power saving features and the flexibility of the alarms is very good I can set the alarm for one time throughout the week then set saturday for a different time and sunday for a different time too. Setup is also very easy

- The iPod didn't fit properly in the iDock, but that seems to be the same for every product on the market for iPods

+ Nice design, Easy to slip the iPod into. DAB works great. Remote control is good.

- Sound is a little tinny, particularly from the iPod. If you're an audiophile, this is not going to cut it. Changing inputs is a little irritating - I'd like the ability to disable FM and aux, and just flip between dab and ipod.

+ A great design, reasonably priced for a DAB Radio with IPOD interface. Easy to use and the sound quality is not bad for a radio.

- The aerial is a loose wire that requires you to hang it up, I have another Pure DAB Radio with an extendable steel aerial and this gets much better reception. The product would also be better if it was portable with an optional battery pack.

+ The best of all worlds in a little package - perfect for when you just can't decide what to listen to!!

- Display & user interface could be better but in all not bad.

+ It looks great, is really easy to use and combines all the things my daughter wants in one - a clock radio alarm, a digital radio and an I-dock, which makes it a great space-saver too.

+ Nice looking, well thought out, works superbly with simple, intuitive controls and the sound quality is really good for a small and relatively cheap unit. Parts of the device and most of the packaging are made of recycled materials too, so even though it's white - it's green. All in all, a nice piece of kit.

- Very few. The remote feels a bit lightwieght and flimsy and might not stay the course, but otherwise nothing bad to note.

+ Nice DAB radio with good sound, well built and stylish.

- Poorly designed as a clock radio. For example almost impossible to switch off the alarm in the morning without putting on a light. There is a snooze button but to switch off the alarm requires fiddling with small buttons in a complicated sequence. Not what you want on an early morning. Very poorly thought through.

- I thought DAB gave very clear radio transmission to all on the DAB network, but we are finding that some stations are not great and wander a bit

+ I've not had any difficulties using this radio/iPod docking station. I read the instructions which were straightforward and I'm looking forward to trying out some of the more obscure features in the near future. The sound quality is very impressive given the size of the radio and speakers.

- The iPod tends to start playing something automatically whenever I place it in the dock and not necessarily what I want it to play and I have to mess around with the controls from time to time to get it exactly right. I suspect I may need to have another look at the instructions but I don't think I am doing anything incorrectly. This however is a small quibble. I am still very pleased with this piece of kit.

unit is very light, pressing the buttons moves the unit!

+ I purchased this for my son as he wanted a new alarm clock & we had also bought him a Nano 3rd generation IPod for christmas. It was definately a good buy. The DAB reception is brilliant & the sound is of a high quality. It comes with a high price tag but well worth the money. We also have the CD version in our kitchen which is of equally good standard. The design is brilliant and fits nicely into any corner & is somewhat unique I feel. Comes with many adapters for all types of IPod's which I thought was exceptional. Usually you are left to buy extras like this yourself.
