+ the steamer has plenty of room for diferent foods it washes well and the food cooks fast

- the only bad point is it does not have a timer which would be a great asset

+ Large unbreakable pans, that last and are easy to wash. I now have 4 pans for when the family are at home, and this works well as the pans are all the same size so that you can rotate them if the vegetables on the top are not cooking quickly enough. There is no element to fir up with limescale.

- The steamer does not have a timer, but has a heat setting instead, this takes a bit of getting use to. The lid is made of glass. We had our steamer for at least 2 years before the lid was knocked to the floor and smashed - we still prefered the steamer to any other one that we have owned and so bought another whole steamer - we now have 4 pans (I am sure that we could have contacted prestige to buy a new lid, but decided that it would probably be a better option to buy new and have the spares)

+ I bought this product whilst my kitchen was out of use but was so impressed how quick the frying pan cooks most things as well as the steamer on top I shall be using it even though have a new oven! So easy to take pan out to wash in dishwasher!

+ It is very easy to use and heats up very quicky. We were using a plug in hob ring which was very slow, will never go back to using that again. Highly recommend this item.

- trying to think of one! maybe it causes a lot of steam, but only what you would expect from steaming food.
