The television can now be viewed from anywhere in my lounge, just by adjusting the position of the arm. Ideal for when re arranging your furniture.
-
It doesn't always hold its position when pulled away from the wall, i.e. the television appears to be slightly top heavy and slightly dips forward.

The build quality and product itself is of excellent construction and manufacturing process.
-
More probably the monitor unit that was fitted to the bracket however - The cables for the component video of the monitor sat where the tilt mechanism connects. As the connection leads were of high quality they catch the tilt section so infringe the angle that the monitor can be tilted at.

Easy to use. The double arm feature means once the TV is mounted the positions it can be put in are endless! Brings the TV out a nice distance from the wall and is completely hidden by the screen.
Really good value for money, feels heavy, has a nice finish and feels quality.
-
Heavy!
Only comes in black or satin silver, would have been nice in chrome but then again it is hidden so doesn't really matter!
Cable management could be better, only seems to be able to cope with one maybe two thin cables; not scart leads or HDMI leads which are thicker.

Sturdy and good looking product with excellent articulation. Far superior product to the high street wallmounts offered. Great price and almost perfect [see Bad Points below]
-
1. Expanding bolts must be hacksawed off to compensate for the design flaw of a shallow base plate - this should be in the instruction booklet.
2. Cannot get some of the cable management plastic parts off, even after 2 weeks!

Best value for money mount I could find for a 32" TV
Looks stylish and unobtrusive for the size of tv it holds
Very well made, I won't be worrying that My tv is gonna fall off the wall in the night!!!
-
Had to grind of the remaining screw lengths before the cover would fit
I am running a PS3, Xbox360, Wii and soon a Freesat PVR into my tv, with that in mind the cable management was always going to be poor but there are plenty of other stylish options available on the market, with that in mind you can buy something with the money you saved on the mount.

To carry a 15 inch flat TV, the product is undluy cumbersome.
Holes/conduits for cables do not go from beginning to end, leaving cables exposed.
Unless you cut cables to exact lenght, there is nowhere to put excess cable

The arms are very stiff, to loosen I had to remove the top caps, It took about 30 mins of trying with screwdriver heads and I ended up using a knife. Then the bolts was excessively tight. its worth doing as it makes the swing function much smoother.
