+ it's so quick and easy to use. love it to bits!

- it is a bit of a palaver to take it all to pieces to clean it. I've got it down to a fine art now but I only use the juicer if I'm not going out in to an appointment.

+ It is great how you can put in whole fruit and veg - no prep required. Citrus fruits however do need to be peeled if you don't want the bitter taste from the pith so I don't think I will use it for those - an old fashioned juicer is quicker. I was concerned about how fiddly cleaning it would be but it is very easy as long as you clean it straight away - haven't even bothered putting it in the dishwasher. I am very pleased with it and recommend it.

+ juices fruit and veg and gets out all the juice leaving the pulp really dry.

- its heavier and bulkier than my 25 year old one that's why I've only given it 9/10

+ Large xollextion pot for juice allows you to seperate froth from the juice before seving into glasses. Very quick to remove and re-assemble parts when cleaning.

- Plastic cover at top could be more robust.

+ Really easy to clean; just rinses under the tap... don't bother to put it in dish-washer, even though I could. Beautifully designed with no crannies to trap pulp in, all smooth curves. It extracts loads of juice & the remaining pulp is really dry. It makes using it a joy.... best designed appliance I have ever bought.

+ Quick to juice, doesn't splash - everything contained, pleasing to the eye.

- Rather large, could the pulp bin at the back could be smaller? Also the jug collecting the juice could it be slimmer? I cleared my kitchen top to accommodate it permanently, so not a problem, but it might put people off buying it because it takes up a lot of storage space.

+ Easy to use. Turns the fruit & veggies into supberb juices, will never have to buy a shop juice again.

- No bad points as such as long as you get into the habit of cleanig it as soon as you have used it as I don't have a dish washer!

- Well constructed and made from sturdy material except for clear plastic top which is very flimsy and not solidly made from a more robust plastic. Not what I would have expected for a top of the range product. If you drop this, be warned as it shatters, and your juicer is useless without it!!!
