- Water is not hot enough. If you put cream or milk in it it's far too cold!!! The only way round it is to use a coffee whitener but still not really hot enough. Shame really because everything so far is OK.

+ I bought this one for my mum as a mothers day present. I already had one and she was very impressed with the taste of the coffee so I bought her one as a surprise. She loved it.
I love mine and wouldn't be without it.
The coffee tastes extra nice with a little bit of cream and for a special occasion, some baileys. yum

- The coffee pods are quite expensive as compared to filter coffee or instant but I don't buy instant coffee anymore unless I am making a coffee cake and the taste of the coffee from the senseo is much better than ordering coffee out at restaurants and cafes.

+ Very simple to use, good availability of coffee bags and it doesn't work out much more expensive to run than Nescafe Gold granules. Very quick.

- Used bags can get stuck to the top part of the machine if left for a while, and can be forgotten about when you put a new bag in leading to water going everywhere...but perhaps it's just me!
