+ great machine makes a nice quick coffee that tastes good

- small water container and not enough variety of pods and flavours, only use it for making cappuccino but they are really nice and the best in my opinion

+ Makes hot water fast. Lovely design - looks good, simple buttons to push. Cleans well. Simple to use. General consumer sort of machine, perfect for the budget minded.

- The coffee doesn't taste that great. Either the water system or the coffee used. I've tried strong coffee, mild coffee, moka coffee, hot chocolate - same result - lousy. Perhaps this type of machine is meant for people who don't know the difference or taste. It's like the water dribbles over the coffee pod, ineffectual. No wonder the coffee isn't that great.

+ Extremely good value for money and makes excellent cup of coffee at a very competetive price.

- Low capacity water tank, limited variety of pods available. These are areas for improvement not necessarily bad points.

+ everything about it is good - the amount of liquid it produces for 1 cup could be a bit more but overall I am very happy with it.

- cost of pods, but you can get mellita filter bags to fill with your own coffee or a refillably "coffee duck" bit or a pain though.

- Can spill over the sides if the top of the cup is not wide enough

- Needs two coffee pods to make one mug of coffee

+ 8/10 ...Makes a perfect cup of black coffee

- 6/10 ...Things get difficult and messy if you want a latte or just a little milk. Milk has to be pre heated or else the coffee goes cold.

- The instructions for putting it together were not entirely clear but the product itself has been fantastic!

+ Simple. Easy to clean. No mess with coffee grounds - you just need to find good coffee pods.

- Doesn't really make good real coffee. Boils hot water fast like for tea but can't seem to find decent tasting coffee pod.

+ I purchased this for my parents, and if it had not been any good, I would have known about it by now!! :-)
Parents are very happy with this and love the coffee it makes for them.
I shopped around for a coffee maker and this stuck out as being the best value for money at the time and would indeed purchase one for myself when I require one.

- Haven't heard of any, but it makes coffee,so it does exactly what it says on the box - enough said.

- To get a mug full rather than a cup you need to use two coffee pods a time so it can work out expensive.
