+ This iron is very easy and intuitive to use - no complicated instructions. It uses tap water, which saves on distilled water costs. Its ironing performance is second to none, and is better than two more expensive top-brand irons we've tried in the past.
- Odd colouring and a bit dumpy looking, but this is minor - you'll never get an iron to look like a Ferrari!

+ Makes the whole ironing basket a lot less daunting! Now I no longer dread doing this task so that must be good. A particularly good feature is not having to refill the water reservoir as often as with a regular steam iron.
- Because of its need for more space then it is probably better to get a specially designed ironing board to accommodate it, although these are quite pricey!

Really easy to use - takes much less effort than conventional irons
Effective - makes ironing large items like sheets a breeze
Very good value for money
- Only a slight niggle in that the cords are awkward to wind up when putting the iron away - however can't figure out how that could be improved and its the same for all steam systems

+ Easy to use with simple to follow instructions. The iron is effortless to use, it is very light and it just glides over the fabric and you can adjust the steam output. The water container just slots easy into the base. I am very pleased with the product and it is 10 times better than a normal conventional steam iron.
