+ Good sound quality, seriously good value for money (cost me less than a fiver). Good for people who don't like earbuds/clip-ons, and don't feel comfortable with over the head style headphones. Also, they squash flat and fit quite nicely into my jeans pocket with my iPod classic...
- Not adjustable.

+ Good cheap headphones that have stood up to 2 kids travelling with them in the car which is what I purchased them for.
- I haven't really listened to them, I'm sure sound quality is not amazing but no complaints from the kids.
