Camera Type	Compact
There are 2 main types of camera: The SLR and the Compact. SLR stands for Single Lens Reflex. SLR cameras use a prism to reflect the exact image as seen through the lens and so offers a more accurate viewfinder. SLR cameras have detachable lenses offering greater flexibility if you wish to take a variety of different photographs. Compact cameras have a built in lens and an ‘above lens’ viewfinder which is less accurate but they are often cheaper, more sleekly designed and easier to carry anywhere with you to capture that moment perfectly without having to fiddle with complex settings or a bag full of lenses.

Manufacturer's Description

Great photos, quick and easy, no problems with the new Optio E75 camera. The auto-picture mode function recognises the situation and provides the best possible exposure.

This new compact follows its predecessor, the Optio E65, with some important functions and optimised features. The resolution is now 10 megapixels giving sharper details.

The 3x optical zoom lens has a focal length of 32-96 mm (equivalent to 36mm format).

New program modes include night scene landscape, half-length-portrait, aquarium and foliage.

The Optio E75 also features a face recognition function which recognises up to 10 faces, video and audio recording, and a 2.7" LCD display with 230,000 dots.
