+ HD picture quality is very good, as is sound, build quality and design. The Panasonic user interface is one of the best I've used.

- The only slight let down is the quality of normal digital TV, but it is among the very best I've seen in any LCD and more a problem of the transmission quality than of this TV. Bring on more HDTV!

- the only bad point and its very minor is that you have to point the remote directly at the tv otherwise the remote doesn't work but then most of us do this anyway.

- frustrating when changing channels < 10 because of delay waiting for second digit. Shame it doesn't accept 1080i/p on PCI interface. Can't get the 1366x768 to work for some reason (may be my PC). Slight ghosting of PC display on 1280x1024.

Rename inputs, make it easy for everyone e.g. Rename AV1 to IPOD.

- When using EPG for digital channelsyou cannot get programme you are currently watching to stay on screen and even sound goes off. Needed to adjust picture overcan setting to on as got disturbance around edge of picture screen.
