+ For its size and if you are in a small room like myself, then you don't need any more punch in terms of speaker wattage. Sound quality is good for a small room and the system as a whole is easy to use. The e.q. settings add serious dimension to the sound also. And the music port feature is very useful to use with a p.c. computer however I have not tried out the usb port just yet.

- If you don't have an outside aerial for the DAB then you may not find all the stations that you want. I must say I am disappointed even with the aerial provided that it wont even pick up a station like radio 1. But yet it will pick up more obscure stations with specialist shows. An auxiliary input at the rear of the unit would be useful but the music port function is a decent substitute.

+ Lot's of features, particularly for the price. Good sound with plenty of power. Excellent value for money.

- Timer settings too complicated (why can't stereo manufacturers make setting the timer simple??). Bass response not fantastic. Design a bit square and bulky.
