+ Has everything you could want from a multi-function microwave/grill/oven. We use it every day for defrosting, baking cakes, roasting, and occasional grilling, as well as standard microwaving. Jacket potatoes cooked on the combination preset programme are as good as you can get! We can't imagine being without it!

- Writing on the control buttons could be a little clearer.

- No '1 minute' button, no incremental increase/decrease function for timer, no display of actual oven temperature. All these features I had with my old 'Sharp' oven

+ Very easy to use, compact size.

- The high rack, in my opinion, is too high and the food is too close to the grill, therefore burning the food quickly. I have changed racks for one that I had with my previous microwave and it is ok now.

+ Maximum use has been made within a small overall size. Based on the previous model, which we owned, we can expect very good reliabilty.

- Seating the glass tray on the turntable could be made easier.
In this silver model, the wording on the control panel should be far easier to see. On the previous white model the top became very badly marked by heat. It's hoped that this will not be the case with this silver model.

+ Very powerful and efficient. Fairly easy to set up with good clear instructions. Basic settings easy to get to grips with.
Panacrunch option (used for pizza so far) has worked pretty well - quite pleased with this option. Should revolutionize my husband's Friday nights.
Need to read information thoroughly before attempting use of grill or combi oven but this is obvious with most electrical items anyway.

- More complicated settings like grill and combi oven slightly more difficult to get the hang of. Chaos defrost - I still don't know what this is!

+ Allthough the initial outlay was quite a bit, we are definately saving money. Its quick clean, no need for long pre heats of the main oven--this does it all we havent used our main oven for two months.EG Beef joint 6lb cooked to perfection in under an hour. What more can i say...

+ Great easy instructions. Easy to use and keep clean, love the self-cleaning back lining and the outside just needs a wipe over, no smears like you get with stainless steel, but the look of stainless steel. Have even mastered the auto weight programs, my old microwave had these but never used them as found them differcult to use.I also like using the chaos defrost, I have found it defrost well. I LOVE using my new oven

+ Very quick. Compact design. Multi functional. Convection oven heats up quickly.

- Door shows signs of wear around the lower hinge - possible design problem. Turntable dish is awkward to seat properly and is often 'loose' - does not revolve and this is difficult to detect until hear a 'clunk'. Internal racks do not 'nest' for storage.
